I asked the guy to Replace it and get it done as soon as possible. Alex shows up to my house, on time??? After calling to let me know he will be there late on Friday night. He tells me the mic prob needs to be replaced but sometimes they just get clogged especially if you work construction like I do and a cleaning might be a much cheaper fix for me. Not once, not twice but 3 separate times Alex disassembled my phone and cleaned both microphones.
