Upon arrival I was impressed with the salon, very calming music and it looked clean. Once I sat down to get my nails done I was frustrated that they didn't have a strengthening base coat for the nails which I get to avoid my nails breaking with gel but again, thought "whatever". Then, while my cuticles were being cut I noticed she nicked my pinky finger which was what started to set me off - I'm not paying to get cut, I will go to a surgeon for that. It wasn't until I had already left the salon that I looked at my nails and realized what a terrible job had been done. Then, to see the "after" pic was EXACTLY what I wanted. So, I contacted the salon hoping they would be able to squeeze me in because I was leaving town today. They put me in touch with the stylist/colorist, Vanessa. I cannot say enough good things about her work! She has a gift. My hair was basically orange and brassy and she corrected the color and tone, gave me a much needed cut and now my hair is soft, silky, glossy and beautiful! I feel like a new woman! She was so patient and took her time to really care for my hair. We had such a nice morning...She asked what I wanted for the final result and we discussed different options along the way.
