The young attendant at the pay area was super helpful and very cordial. The two young men that directed me into wash area very thorough and spent extra time power washing the heavy Bug areas. I took my 2023 Silverado through this wash for the first time and it snapped off my factory radio antenna. The employees work said it happened all the time. I received an email from the Kristen saying they are not responsible. Their own employees said it happens all the time. They have no problem taking your money, but won't take responsibility for damaging your vehicle. We will see you in court!! read more

My F350 comes out cleaner than any other car wash. There's a few hard to reach places, not the wash's fault. I had paid for a glacier extreme clean, but a car had gotten out of line, when I brought it to the employee at the desks attention she gave me a gift card for an upgraded wash. I have been to this car wash 3 times, 1st time did the $20 wash, I was impressed with how clean my wheels were, but I spent 30 minutes outside getting the rest of the bugs off my mirrors & grille, 2nd time this spring just got back from Az, my truck was not very dirty but had bugs. I bought the $10 wash, results basically a spray wash, no bugs were removed, and my wheels were not clean. I responded to there contact section on there web site. They responded back thanking me for concerns and a free complimentary $25 was mailed to me. I just returned from a trip on gravel roads in the rain my truck was dirty, I thought what great time to use there ultimate $25 car wash. When I exited to the towel vacuum section, My running boards, mud flaps, wheels, tires, and fender wells were not clean. Backed my truck up to office mgr came and quickly pointed out they do not go beyond the outer fender well on there prewash upon entry into the wash, they do not do fender wells on trucks in their prewash. The best he could do would be to run me through again I already spent 30 to 45 minutes in line and getting through the wash the 1st time. I left not going bac read more

We've been here 4 times and each time buy the highest level wash and each time we were amazed at how clean the truck or suv was. It's hard to reach their credit card machine so they have people stationed there to do it for you which we love They presoak the car and that really helps The cleaning job is excellent Only the Wave did the windshield as well as Glacier and it cost 40% more We always go through here when seeking our car to lithia and they always remark about how great the detailing was done. read more

Go early! This place gets packed. Free vacuum, towels, cleaning sprays, and air for tires after you go through the exterior wash. I love the tire shine option at the end! As with any auto car wash that is not touchless, I would NOT use with dark colors or bright red as you WILL get scratches. That's just how it is. Another tip... if you're loaded with bugs on the windshield and front grill, stop at a gas station prior to going through and scrub off with their window cleaner while gassing up. read more

The clean was phenomenal - 300 miles of grunge and encrusted bugs & bird poop GONE! More impressive, this team was super helpful and attentive, from the attendant at the start to answer questions and support implementation of the special promotional discount, to the crew supplying clean towels at the detailing stations ( found at the vacuums) to the manager who approved return tomorrow so i could finish detailing. I will not come back to Glacier car wash again. The entire back end of my truck was scratched on the drivers side. I contacted the assistant manager to file a report but the main manager refused to call me back. Over and over I witnessed several trucks and cars coming into the car wash filled with dirt, mud and hard mud debris. The guys in the car wash only sprayed the running boards and tires. The felt brushes were covered with dirt by not properly spraying down the trucks. I am very disappointed that the manager did not get back to me. Very unprofessional. They need to change their policy and spray down any truck or car that is caked with mud and debris. I decided to file this so no one gets their brand new vehicle damaged like I did. read more

Went through their car wash and they peeled some of the paint off on the front of my car. When I brought it to their attention the manager reviewed the video and admitted that they did peel my paint and at first claimed that my car (2017 Toyota 4Runner) had a recall on the paint and that they also noticed paint chips already on the front. I showed them documentation from Toyota that my 4RUNNER does not have a paint recall. I also told them that those "paint chips" on my front are dead dried bugs that their wash did not get off. After calling out the manager on her lies and lack of accountability, she says that they aren't responsible for cars older than 5 years old. So if my car was 4 years 11 months and 30 days old then it would be covered but not at 5. She said that they have signs that claim the same, but from where you buy your wash you cannot read the signs. I've always taken car of my vehicle and to see it in this shape is tough to swallow. This sorry excuse for a business has no accountability. read more
