Blew off the hood decal, on a brand new (1000 miles) pickup, with their pre-wash pressure sprayer! They said maybe they had to wash the bugs off - in JANUARY?! (Had to let a cuss word fly after that). Their remedy - this is covered by your warranty - but the dealership does not cover damage caused by personnel at a car wash! Particularly when the automatic car wash was not at fault, it was 100% the pre-wash sprayer guy who lifted the decal. Their staff need better training, you cannot put a pressure washer 2 inches away from a car! Not brilliant service at all. :((( read more

I know your employees probably don't have classes in customer service, but common sense goes a long way to know that keeping customer happy keeps a business in business. On 4/7 I paid 33.66 for the nicest car wash with the tire shine. I made it through my vacuuming and drying and noticed no tire shine. I had an appointment across town I needed to get to, so thought "the management should honor this next time if I told them. " On 4/27 at 4:30 I came for another car Wash and told the "manager" what had happened. He explained they had problems with the tire shine and asked, "do you want tire shine" and I said yes if you don't charge me this time. I looked at the receipt and he had charged me the $2 for the tire shine. I told him I thought you were going to comp the tire shine- and he said " no- I should have dealt with it when I had the problem. " I asked to speak to the manager/ he said he was the manager. he wouldn't budge on the $2. I told him that he could refund my wash as I would not come back, nor would my husband, mother and anyone else if your customer service is that poor. Really?? losing customers over $2. glad there are now lots of other choices in Billings for car washes. read more

Today after using my last carwash voucher carwash book that was gifted to me. I decided to look at "The Waves" website, as the location was a bit better for me to see if they still offer pre-purchase carwashes. I saw that they did and headed down to purchase one. When pulling in, I noticed that there was only one vehicle using their vacume area, so I pulled up to vacume. I had my floor mat out and was vacuuming it and an employee came over and told me to me that his manager told him to let me know that, I couldn't use their vacuums, as I hadn't purchased a carwash." He wasn't to rude, so I decided to explain the situation and to let him know that, I was going to prepay for 10 carwashes after I finished vacuuming, and to see if that would be acceptable. He told me that it wasn't his call, then pointed to his manager that was 30 or 40' away on a forklift. I decided not to waste my time and will never again attempt to support this carwash. There are plenty of other local carwashes in Billings that do not treat potential customers, or anyone else like this. read more

It's mesmerizing and almost a zen sort of thing. As a kid, I loved going through these car washes. It was a private getaway - except when my parents were yelling at me to sit still. Everyone knows what these places are and what they do: As you enter, the people leading you inside are spraying off the top layer of dirt or dust that's dulling that clear-coat finish. And, on the other end of the ride, there's someone to dry your car while you, if you decide to do it, vacuum your car and clean out the trash. It's easy. It's convenient, but as another reviewer pointed out, it isn't cheap. Maybe just sit in your car in the rain and you might get that same effect but without the cash outlay. read more

I have never had a car so filthy after paying $35.70 for a car wash. They have a coating that they put on to protect it. By the time I took the dirt off the car I wouldn't have been any coating left. It was filthy on the bottom part of the car all the way around. If I have to wash my car, I will save the $35.70 next time. That is the biggest rip off for a car wash I've ever seen. The car wash is one of the best in town in terms of actually having asking my vehicle. It's touch-less which is a huge plus and I'm surprised there are not more in town. The "free" vacuums are great and help make the process smoother. I don't have to take my car home and get the ol' shop vac out to finish the job. Down one star for the customer service at purchase. They always make you feel like a garbage peasant for buying the cheapest car wash- which is $20... so it's not even that affordable for a pretty basic car wash. That's the only unpleasant bit of the experience there. Otherwise I will continue to go and just deal with the rude attitude when I choose not to pay more than $20. read more

My wife n I took our car through the "touchless" car wash on Saturday morning around 10:30 on February 22nd 2020, as we have done a few other times here, but this time we got the added bonus of a scratch, the entire length of our car pretty much. Spoke to Eric the manager. He took my name n number down plus took a couple of photos, and said he'd review the video/cameras and get back to me later that day. I called him back before end of day because I hadn't heard from him. Told me they were super busy due to being short handed. It's now Monday and still not have heard back. I emailed them as well yesterday, hoping to get this resolved. We've had the car for 4 months; bought it used but new to us. Super disappointed in the lack of communication. UPDATE spoke to Stacy, who runs the place. He denies that any of their equipment in there could scratch our car. Was not sympathetic/apologetic in anyway. Took me through the tunnel. And everything is touchless except for the tire shiner. It's right before the dryers which is where we heard a noise. Tire shiner has a plastic covering on top of sponge rollers that I believed flip up and scratch the length of our car. read more

So I was driving from northwest MN and just couldn't stand the sight of my car. I haven't been in this type of car wash in a long time. But the guys were helpful and patient as they pointed to the directions, like putting the car in neutral. They offered free vaccume that day, but I passed when I found out I had to do it. After an 8-hour road trip moving from Denver to Billings, my Jeep was covered in a layer of dead bugs and I was desperate for a car wash. Being new to town, I just drove in this place on a whim. I was convinced it would work when I saw the guys using the pressure washers to pre-spray my vehicle before it went into the tunnel (glad I didn't read reviews before I went as I might have been scared of losing paint! Thankfully, my paint is intact.). I also verified with the fun cashier ladies that there wouldn't be an issue with my oversized tire on the back. Nice touch to be offered a towel, litter bag (though I swear she said glitter bag, which I think they should seriously consider as a fun and sparkly top off to the car wash at the end), or an air freshener. The guys spent a good amount of time pressure washing the bugs off the front of my car before sending me into the tunnel. As another reviewer posted, it does get quite loud in the tunnel and my sound sensitive 5 year old was quick to cover her ears and widen her eyes in surprise; thankfully it was short lived. I like that it pulls your car through all the way to the end so you're not going too fast and missing out on anything. Most importantly, the bug graveyard was gone! Love that they dry you off when you pull in to self-vacuum. Self-vacuuming is not my favorite thing, but since I was there for an exterior wash more than anything, and because my kids thought vacuuming was fun and did it for me, I guess it's fine. I'll probably be back, mostly because some car washes can't handle my lifted Jeep, and this seemed to have no issues. read more

Got my car washed. Went and looked at the job they did and saw they power washed a large portion of the paint off of my bumper. When I brought this to the attendants attention he said he'd have the owner call me. Next day the owner calls and tells me I'm at fault because I must have had rock chips on my car. I have a small rock chip on my paint in the front, the paint didn't come off there. So why in the rear bumper, and so much paint? The owner said there is a sign up that states if there are rock chips it's at your own risk. Didn't offer to refund the $18.99 for the wash, that didn't even clean all the dirt off of my car. I asked why the attendant who power washed my car didn't mention he just ripped all that paint off? Owner said they don't talk to customers. So you're running a business that makes it a rule not to provide customer service? The owner also said he googled Ford paint problems and read that Ford paint will chip. You can literally google "(insert car model here) paint issues" and get multiple hits referencing paint issues, for any car. What a deflection tactic. Owner is rude and doesn't care. What a disappointment. Take your business elsewhere. I'd give this place negative stars if I could. read more

When I arrived to have my oil changed on my day off, there were two people getting in and out of a truck that was there for an oil change. The two techs kept talking to each other while I waited behind the truck for quite some time. Just as I had about given up that they would even acknowledge that I was waiting to have an oil change, a gentleman from inside their facility came out, asked me if I needed an oil change, directed me over to the other bay, acknowledged that I was waiting and asked one of their techs to assist me. This guy comes over and asks me if I had been there before and which package I get. I said it should be in their computer and if he could let me know. He said he would look it up and let me know. He gets the mileage from my vehicle, drives my vehicle into the open bay, looks in the computer and proceeds to do the oil change without following up with me. I came out and asked him which package I get and he tells me across the bays. By this time, I am waiting in their waiting room and thinking to myself that customer service seems like it may be a priority to this establishment but when the techs are not being managed customer service goes by the wayside. I got the free car wash that came with the oil change. The techs at the car wash are friendly and got the job done. I have been here many times before and have had pleasant experiences. This just reinforces why there may have been a long break in my visits to this establishment. I was recommended to this place by my husband and my good friend from work. What an amazing car wash. Incredible staff, nice and professional, and amazing quality. I've been coming to this wash for a while, and am always impressed. One word of caution, if you are sensitive to loud noise BRING EARPLUGS/EAR MUFFS. It can get VERY loud inside the carwash tunnel, and even cranking up the radio doesn't always help. However, despite the noise, the car wash does an amazing job. I also know the owner, and they are incredibly nice. Overall, I have been coming for years, and I will continue to come for as long as I possibly can. I spent about 15-20 minutes getting to the car wash. I paid $25 for a wash, which I thought was excessive. The only main reason was for the vacuums and they apply the tire shine. They were remodeling their center and did not have any vacuums and did not apply the tire shine. My car was filthy. I had to drive another 15 minutes trying to find another center with a vacuum. When I called to tell them about this, they did not offer to give me another free wash - just indicating i could use the vacuums again. This place is a joke. Ripped the paint off my truck and the owner will not make it right. He says there were "rock chips" and its natural for it to rip paint off. I asked for him to cover half of the cost to fix it and he said no. Worst customer service in town. Thankfully they have excellent wi-fi, hot coffee and comfortable seating so I didn't lose out on time away from work (if you don't have 3 hours to wait--drop off your vehicle). Clint took his time cleaning and conditioning the interior and the outside didn't have a smudge on it. I couldn't be happier with the service, the attention to detail, and the care they show their customers.
