We had a blast exploring some of the recommended trails. Shout out to Vinny for helping us optimize our experience! We got to take our pregnancy announcement photos at the top of Desert Mountain! Worth it to experience the views and save our legs after some days of hiking. We even saw a black bear, mountain lion, and deer on our excursion.

Great time Great staff You gotta do a full day to get it all in 8 hours and you only overlap 1 mile of it We liked it so much we drove 3-1/2hrs back from Great Falls to do it again Apgar Lookout and Loop ride is frkn epic We got into Glacier free both days coming off the loop through the side entrance with sons military ID The grilled club sandwich on the back side is a solid lunch choice They fueled us up and off we went A++ Gotta put this on your bucket list We'll definitely be back

Super friendly service. However their pricing is incorrect on their website, we were told $100 to increase to a full day, but we were charged $199 due to a hidden "evening fee" So be sure to ask for hidden fees and details before allowing them to charge your card after. *update: they do honor what they say they'll charge, if you bring it to their attention. check receipts :)

This is how Glacier Ridge runners turned my five-star review into a one. It was easy signing in and getting setup for some offroad UTV's. The 4-seater that looked like it had been down some trails in its life with over 90,000 miles and a brand-new Can-am defender 3-seater. We were given maps to the trails and instruction on the best routes to optimize our experience. Midway through our morning the oil light came on in our 4-seater. Out of respect for the equipment, we ran it back to let them check it out while we grabbed some lunch. They were quick to get it in and resolve the issue. The second part of the day took us up over a dam and into some pretty crazy trails, some were pretty tight with just enough room to squeeze through. These are mostly service trails; occasionally you would have to squeeze by a small SUV or in some case a full-size truck pulling a fifth wheel. There were the occasional pull offs, but if you got over in the brush a little there was always room to squeeze by. The further we got up the mountain the tighter the trails got, and they always ended at amazing mountain overlooks, and on one trail, a waterfall. My family had an amazing day. The smiles on the kids' faces would remain all the way home, definitely a memorable experience. Talks about making this a yearly event. Talks about bringing friends and family back to share it with them. Unfortunately for me it became not be so memorable. We returned the UTVs at the end of the day and the first comment from an employee was about green on the roll bar on the passenger side of the 3-seater. The roll bar was powder coated in black with a sand media to make it rough. Of course, if you get over into leaves and pine trees, it will get green on it. There was no focus on the other unit at all. I understand this was a new unit, but regardless they are being driven down trails through a forest. You are paying a premium for driving an offroad machine in offroad conditions. They are going to get some greenery and scuffs on them. After some grumbling, the employee said it should wash off and signed off on them. The next morning, I opened my email to a bill for damages totaling close to $300 and a refuel charge that had been automatically charged to my credit card. I called Glacier Ridge Runners first thing that morning, I was sure there was a mistake and we had been billed by accident. The gentleman told me no we damaged the unit and are being charged for it and on top of that we didn't refuel the 3-seater. I told him I would like to come and see the damages and he agreed. The gas station was at the same facility as the rental office, and they watched me fill both units prior to returning. The 3-seater had needed topped off before we used it that morning, so I'm not the first to make this mistake. Make sure you fill it all the way up. Don't just fill it until it clicks. The first thing I did when I got to their facility to check the unit out was open the gas cap, where gas came spewing out. Someone had to prove a point and over fill the unit. I honestly didn't see anything broken or wrong with it as I gave it a walk around. I asked the gentleman on duty what was damaged, and he said the side panel. "Are you kidding me those scuffs and it's being replaced. At what point do you stop charging for normal wear?" I was told the boss said to replace it, so it's ordered. I left confused and unsure of what I could do to correct this. After more thought, I called them again requesting a copy of the contract to which they refused to provide and eventually hung up on me. I am extremely disappointed in how unprofessionally this was handled. They refused to have a normal discussion about it. They have lost any business from my family, friends, and our business associates for the indefinite future. I wish we could have ended this experience as great as it started.

Can't put into words how much fun this was. We were staying in Big Fork and this was well with the trip. The staff was friendly and the trails were incredible. The vehicles were also brand new! Pro tip - pack a cooler ahead of time so you can stop for a picnic anywhere you'd like on the trails.

    Cooler to pack lunch!

I would suggest this business. They'll take care of you. Provide excellent information on where to go for the best views or if you're in for a fun ride. My son and I had a blast. We will be back for sure. The side by side was in great running condition and performed well. Cheers!

We rented a four seater, just me, my husband, and our two year old son. Our car seat fit perfectly. We drove up to Desert Mountain and the views were spectacular, highly recommend that route. We also had time to drive down to hungry horse Dam and one of the Flathead River Forks where we came across a group of butterflies. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

My mom and I did a 4 hour morning ride in a 2 seater. The guys provided a map book and radio to communicate if anything happened. They were super friendly and thorough before we left. We went to the top platform and the views were amazing! All the way to Canada! We then took Lion Lake pass over to Hungry Horse Reservoir. Highly recommend the Doris Point lookout. We had a 2 seat can am and it ran great! It runs hot tho so I'd hate to drive this thing in summer. Luckily it was a cool morning. After our journey, we filled up and returned to the rental shack. They again were so friendly and made sure we had a great time! Highly recommend this outfit!

They trailered the UTVs to the trailhead for us and we were able to hop in and head up on the trails. The UTVs seem new and well maintained. They are simple to operate. Very few of the gauges worked, some of the seats were torn, and there were random wires hanging off the side of the boat when we first got in it. Overall, I don't feel that the price we paid for the boat rental and the tube was justified given the poor condition of the boat. It was also very underpowered and not very responsive, so we couldn't get very far in the boat, although I'm not docking any stars for that. It was just a bummer. We also didn't get underway until 30 minutes after our reservation time since it took a while to get the boat in the water and setup. This didn't matter too much since we returned the boat earlier than expected since it wasn't a very fun experience.
