I don't think they are a company anymore. Multiple calls unanswered and when I went to the address there was no signage for them.

Great experience! Owners were very friendly and helpful. ATVs were in great shape. Would definitely do it again.

They trailered the UTVs to the trailhead for us and we were able to hop in and head up on the trails. The UTVs seem new and well maintained. They are simple to operate. Here are some things to know: -You will get dirty, so don't wear anything fancy. -There are no restrooms out there, so plan ahead. -The trails are nice, but not well marked. The land is owned by the tribe. Next time I will bring my handheld GPS. -It gets warm on the UTVs so thin clothing is great. -Our kids loved it, but one forgot his sunglasses, which you really want to have out there. I totally recommend this place!

We met at said location, at designated time, the paperwork and instructions were quick and well stated. UTV vehicles drove well and were easy to maneuver. I had concerns given that I've been driving side by side for years, these razorbacks didn't disappoint a bit smaller, though had all the power. The trail was a bit rough, had to certainly watch your drive, though was as scenic as both Matt and Steve described. Beautiful views. On a good note, didn't see any bears. Lol. Which I was terrified of seeing. The trail is somewhat narrow, though easy to navigate. Highly recommend...fun experience and the scenery along with customer service outstanding ....More Date of experience: June 2019

We booked UTVs from Glacier Ridge Runners the night before and showed up excited for a full-day…read moreadventure. What we got instead was a dangerous, disappointing, and unprofessional experience that cut our trip short and raised serious safety concerns. When we arrived, the UTVs had severely scratched and clouded windshields--so bad you could barely see through them. This was supposed to be a sightseeing trip, but we literally couldn't see. It rained heavily (which we expected and were excited for), but due to the unsafe condition of the windows, our lead driver had to remove his entire windshield just to safely descend the mountain. As a result, he and his fiancée got soaked and freezing, and we were forced to end the trip early--not because of the weather, but because they were too cold and wet to continue after removing the windshield to safely descend the mountain. Meanwhile, we saw multiple other UTVs from the same company on the trail with clear, well-maintained windows, which proves they knew exactly what condition they sent us out in--and didn't care. That's not just poor customer service--it's blatant negligence. On top of that, the map they gave us was nearly worthless, and the trail we were sent on was so tame and mediocre, we could've enjoyed the same views from the comfort and safety of our own truck--with a window we could actually see out of. Which is probably a good thing, because given the state of our UTVs, we couldn't see where we were going anyway. When we brought the vehicles back and calmly asked for a refund, we were met with attitude and a dismissive, "It is what it is." They promised a call from the owner that never came. When we followed up, they refused to refund anything and acted like we were just complaining about the rain. We came to ride in the rain--that wasn't the issue. The issue was being sent out with unusable, unsafe equipment on cliffside trails. To make matters worse, we started digging into other customer reviews and found a disturbing pattern: Glacier Ridge Runners has a history of charging customers $9,000 or more for minor or questionable damage that should realistically cost only a few hundred dollars. This looks like a predatory business model, and we took detailed photos and documentation in case they attempt to pull the same stunt on us. We will be reporting this business to the Montana Office of Consumer Protection for both negligent safety practices and suspected fraudulent billing behavior. Avoid this place at all costs. Unsafe equipment, dishonest communication, shady billing tactics, and zero accountability. Rent elsewhere.

Very few of the gauges worked, some of the seats were torn, and there were random wires hanging off the side of the boat when we first got in it. Overall, I don't feel that the price we paid for the boat rental and the tube was justified given the poor condition of the boat. It was also very underpowered and not very responsive, so we couldn't get very far in the boat, although I'm not docking any stars for that. It was just a bummer. We also didn't get underway until 30 minutes after our reservation time since it took a while to get the boat in the water and setup. This didn't matter too much since we returned the boat earlier than expected since it wasn't a very fun experience.

Delivery and pick up were on time and kind, gave hints of where to go for what we were looking and the unit ran perfect. (They did say their online reservation service had been having hiccups and looked to upgrading in the future which would be awesome) The pontoons radio and blue tooth were a nice addition for jamming out all day and enjoy a variety of activities. Everything was in working order and we have no concerns. We covered a large portion of the North end of the lake and River with the kids and parents all having fun. As locals we will be back. Thanks again for the kind, timely in person service Danny.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. Personally, my experience with Maverick and their…read moreteam was great! Visited the store to see what they had available, and saw they had a good deal on a Yamaha TTR230. I spoke with Brandon about financing, and was able to get the details sorted out within a couple days. It was a surprise bday gift for my son...they even hooked us up with a fancy bow for the bike, and helped make it a memorable experience. Went over the details and tips for the initial maintenance, gave a breakdown of recommended future maintenance and their costs (and enough detail if we were to do it ourself). The in-store team was helpful, friendly and my experience with Maverick was nothing but positive!

Then we had similar conversations about jackets, gloves, and radio / communication systems. No pressure; just helpful and seemed genuine. It's understandable that they don't keep much inventory in stock. But I was glad to find they had enough there, from a few different brands I wanted to compare, that I could try a few things on and get a general sense for materials and construction quality as well as size and fit. They ordered what I wanted and I plan to go back and support this local shop by purchasing through them next time.
