The guys operating this place were very nice and the booking process was easy. For that, I'd give them five stars. However, the boat we rented was quite old and beat up. Very few of the gauges worked, some of the seats were torn, and there were random wires hanging off the side of the boat when we first got in it. Overall, I don't feel that the price we paid for the boat rental and the tube was justified given the poor condition of the boat. It was also very underpowered and not very responsive, so we couldn't get very far in the boat, although I'm not docking any stars for that. It was just a bummer. We also didn't get underway until 30 minutes after our reservation time since it took a while to get the boat in the water and setup. This didn't matter too much since we returned the boat earlier than expected since it wasn't a very fun experience. read more

We had a great time The confirmation email system with more info was a little wanky (never got one only a receipt) and return calls for confirmation a bit slow but all and all we were very happy with our experience. Delivery and pick up were on time and kind, gave hints of where to go for what we were looking and the unit ran perfect. (They did say their online reservation service had been having hiccups and looked to upgrading in the future which would be awesome) The pontoons radio and blue tooth were a nice addition for jamming out all day and enjoy a variety of activities. Everything was in working order and we have no concerns. We covered a large portion of the North end of the lake and River with the kids and parents all having fun. As locals we will be back. The pontoon we rented was old and had many issues. We were unable to use it for the last two days of our rental. NPA was very difficult to work with, poor communication and ultimately they refused to talk to us when I tried to negotiate on the price given that the boat was not working. I would not recommend this company at all. Very bad experience. read more

Our entire family gathered from 3 states to enjoy a week at Flathead Lake. The recent fire near Polson prevented us from ever getting to the house. We were forced to scramble from hotel to hotel, entertaining 25 people while waiting to see if we might get into the house late, we never did. Everyone else we had reservations with refunded 100%, house, boats, everything, because of the wildfire. Narrow Path eventually refunded us 50% of the amount we had prepaid for 5 jet skis, and now are not returning calls or emails. If you can rent elsewhere, do it. read more

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! I am a local Bigfork resident, used them for a 17' boat rental, skis, and inner tube. Boat drop off was late (driver apologized and said he "got lost") then the same evening after our lovely day on the water - I received an EXTRA charge for $158.71 for a boat upgrade that was false, a delivery charge to Whitefish that was false, and a whole new set of taxes and fees which was already paid in full! I did expect a $25 charge for the inner tube we chose last minute. I've asked nicely for a refund understanding mistakes are made, but they apparently rather go this route. read more

we originally signed up for a full day boat rental for $800. Once the day came around where we were met by the delivery guy we had paid $1245 and after we returned the boat we were charged an additional $2500 because they said a $300 propeller was damaged on our trip. They were supposed to return the remainder of the $2500 but still have not six weeks later. I would recommend using any other boat rental company in the Flathead Lake area besides narrow path adventures. they either have no idea what they are doing or they are con men. In November, 2020, we reserved a pontoon boat for July 4, 2021. We paid a deposit of over $400. On the morning of July 4, we received a call about an hour before our scheduled pick up time. Zack explained that the boat was not available as the starter had died the day before and he had been unable to have it repaired or replaced. Obviously, we were quite disappointed but understood, things happen. We confirmed our credit card # and we're assured we would be refunded in full. 4 weeks, 2 emails and numerous phone calls later, we are still waiting. Thankfully, we found a boat on the other side of the lake for the 4th so the vacation day was saved. But really hate to think that Zack hasn't been honest in dealing with this. read more

They were quick to accept an ATV reservation for the next day. He was late upon arrival but as it was off season. He cleaned our machine and told us there were 500 miles of trail. He put a pin in google maps and sent us off not knowing the area. The first trail was great but that was the only one found. We were unable to locate any other trails. Boring for a 4 hr rental to be on the same spot. The equipment was in great shape. He mistakenly took our water and snack. We tried to call upon return and went to a voice mail that was not set up. These guys are super helpful in planning your off-road or lake fun while in the Big Fork area. Their prices are reasonable, and they have several options and time slots to choose from to accommodate your group's needs. For the ATV, they took the time to draw a map on our phone of local trails and teach us how to use them even when we lost service. For the boat, they will meet you at the boat ramp and have the boat in the water, ready and waiting for your party. At the end of your time, they will be waiting with the trailer in the water to pull you out. We even ran out of fuel while on the lake, and they brought more to us! This place is run by a hard working, friendly bunch of people who are eager to assist with your outdoor adventure. read more

CAUTION!!! Web site and personnel are not honest regarding cancellation policy! Zack does not return calls or emails. We cancelled 2 days in advance due to COVID-19 illness and were promised a full refund. Month later finally got ahold of Zack who said he would reverse VISA charge that night. Not only did not refund but also charged $70 for gas not used, $45 for docking fees, $25 for a tube and $77 for taxes, to total $750. If Zack would have been honest I would have found someone to enjoy the day on me (did he rent the boat himself to someone else??) read more

On our honeymoon, we were basically looking for any boat on short notice as we didn't plan too far ahead. Narrow path had a 17 foot Bayliner for us in the morning and we took it out at noon. They delivered the boat to the boat launch and it was smooth sailing from there. Boat worked like a charm, Zach was very helpful, and we brought it back to the same spot 4 hours later.
