Last year we had several issues due to a electrical problem that was all covered under warranty. Our warranty company is renowned for being difficult, but Andrew worked with them and got everything covered. When the wrong refrigerator was ordered he and his crew ended up installing it twice. We are full-time RVers so we can't just leave our camper at the dealership for months at a time and hope that they will get to it in a timely fashion. Andrew comes to us and he gets things fixed quickly.

I called a few and no answer or no one seemed interested in helping since we were an hour out of Kalispell. But Andy called me back by just a missed call. And that was my first impression that he wanted to help. I explained our problem, talked about extended warranty etc. and he also gave me his rates. We decided even if we had to get reimbursed that was fine and he was super knowledgeable over the phone. Said he could be there the next morning. So I gave him our address and set the appointment for 9-9:30 the next morning. He arrived on time and was fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. Gave us a fix after his initial diagnosis and if need be to have a total repair he'll come back. Cannot say more about how honest and efficient his service is. We felt like we lucked out finding him and would totally recommend his services.

Terrible Experience - Avoid Les Schwab in Kalispell, MT…read more I brought my Sprinter van to Les Schwab specifically for a front-end alignment and to replace my front tires, which were badly worn due to the alignment issue. Josh was my customer service rep. I dropped off the van on Wednesday, September 25, and the next day, Josh called to inform me that two of my rims were cracked. He said they might be replaced under warranty but that I would have to pay upfront and hope for reimbursement later, with no guarantee of getting my money back. No pictures were provided to verify the cracked rims before they sent them off to the manufacturer, leaving me with no way to confirm their claim. Josh also quoted me $411 per tire--a shocking $130 more than what I was quoted at Discount Tire. But it gets worse. A week later, Josh called again to say that my front brakes needed replacing for $920, which was $420 more than what I paid last time for the same service at a different shop. I declined because by then I was feeling completely taken advantage of. After two full weeks, I finally called to check on the van. When I went to pick it up on Wednesday, October 9, Josh apologized and informed me that they never completed the alignment--the entire reason I brought the van in--because it turns out their equipment couldn't handle the size of my vehicle. He admitted that he forgot to tell me, meaning my van had sat there for two weeks without the primary service being done! This entire experience was unacceptable. I honestly don't blame Josh personally--he's clearly trained and incentivized to gouge customers instead of providing quality service. The manager, Todd, stepped in to "fix" the problem by not charging me for the wheels they were going to get reimbursed for anyway. This is not how a reputable business should operate. I strongly urge anyone needing car service to avoid Les Schwab in Kalispell at all costs. Their pricing is outrageous, communication is terrible, and their service is a joke. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere--this place is as shady as it gets!
