The music was great and I didn't need to use my headphones like I usually do. When I lifted the tanning bed to get up, a screw fell off...can be seen in the photos. I would not come back here.

Their beds are new, clean, and serviced constantly. I've been a client here for 6 months and I have never seen a bulb out in one of the beds. The girls are prompt and efficient at the front plus super friendly. I never feel like they are pushy on trying to sell me something either. I've visited both south Elgin and Elgin locations. They have quite a few beds, they have the spray tans too (in the actual spray stand up unit), they have a ton of products to chose from also. Check them out!
