I paid for what I got. first off extremely uncomfortable, and totally unprofessional looking. they stood straight out and you could see the glue very VERY visibly it looked like i had eye liner on. I made an appointment for 10:30am (the first appointment of the day) which means I had to take off work because usually I'm at work at 9:30 so it didn't make sense for me to go into work then to leave then to go back to work so I told my boss I would be in around noon. So I am missing money at this point. 10:35 rolls around, no one shows up. 10:40 rolls around so I decide to call. They don't answer, I leave a message. 10:55 finally rolls around I decide to call again (mind you at this point I had already left because I needed to get to work which was an hour away) finally somebody picks up the phone: Stephanie. The conversation went as follows; Me: hi I had an appointment at 10:30 and it's almost 11 and I was waiting Silence Me: I mean we're you guys open did somebody forget to call me to reschedule the appointment? Stephanie: oh yeah I just got here. Me: ok Stephanie: yes sorry about that. But I'm here now Me: OK well I have a job like you and I had to leave to make it on time. So I won't be coming back. *hangs up I am so pissed because I missed hours of work which I barely get any hours from anyway. I feel like it's very unprofessional and the fact that she didn't even try to win my business back is even more unprofessional considering they were almost a fucking half hour late for an appointment that I scheduled. I never write reviews but I'm so mad I decided to stop in my tracks and write this while I am driving to work. These people will never earn my business or any of my friends business which is unfortunate because I've heard good things about them but Quality does not matter if service is terrible.

I used to like this place a lot but the last couple times I have tried to go there no one has…read moreanswered the phone or if I called and left a voicemail no one would ever get back to me. At one point they didn't even have a voicemail set up yet so I was an able to even say that I would like to make an appointment but what's the point of having a voicemail where are you say you will get back to the person if you don't even call them back so that the person can make an appointment I highly doubt they even check the voicemails. It's so annoying when you used to like a place but they have just gone downhill so fast. Also if I'm ever at the mall I can't just walk in and get anything done because there is always a sign up that says "they'll be back" but they don't come back for hours.
