Funny how people want bargains galore but can't give a brand new business 10 minutes to open before going on a tear. It's alright aside from the interesting selection of books and rugs. Go have a look around. The only real complaint is that the checkout process is SLOWWW AS F***. Please tell the cashiers to focus on efficiency. The young man working on the afternoon of 2/16/24 needs to be retrained. He had to call for a manager every ten minutes. That was starting to get on my nerves because I've worked retail before and that's just a pain in the butt. The store wasn't busy either. My friend got a lot of stuff but she and I have decided that we probably won't come back. Most of the merchandise is name brand (if that matters to you). Prices were alright. They're not that cheap (but nothing is anymore).

This really needs to be done today for many reasons but at least Saturday and she wouldn't help. I called 3 other companies who couldn't repair it. So for them not showing up to my home to fix my garage caused my home to be unsecured for the whole day! That's is insane. Why would you lie to me and tell me that a technician would be by shortly and they never show up? Why would you set up and appointment and not call the customer to inform them if you can complete the job or come by to do the job? Why would you give me the run around? after I call several times to inquire about help and you refuse to help me! I even asked to speak to a manager and you all told me that all the managers were in a meeting! lol come on. What kind of shady business are you all running. Anyways pls make sure you refund me back the money you charged when you took my credit card information. The only reason I even tried to work with you all again and called this Monday morning was because you are the company that my builders claim installed my garage door so I figured why not use you! But I was wrong! Big mistake. The man I spoke to earlier did not tell me what was going on or why no one showed up to fix my garage door. He promised he would call me back in 10mins but never did. So after about 45mins I called back again and asked to speak to a manger and they told me all your managers were unavailable! This is a joke. How can you all treat paying customers so poorly!
