    Upon booking an appointment online ( this is the only way to schedule an appointment at this Salon) you may see availability... but don't think your going to get that appointment ..think again ..they will make you wait 3+ hours before you know if your appointment request is approved with that Sylist for that day & time and they leave the best available spots like Friday's and Saturdays for social media influencers and are pre selective ..no other reason why they would make you wait this long.. this was my second time booking and because I selected the blow out for medium length hair with color .. I was told they couldn't accommodate for the Sylist I requested because she wouldn't have enough time to dry my hair the difference is literally 15 mins from medium length to long hair length ( see picture) and they couldn't accommodate 15 mins..that's shitty service and I'm not expected to give attitude ..( they must have had really good notes on file on my exact length & thickness and drying time from my one previous visit lol ) then you should have known this when you received my request to notify me earlier rather than make me wait 3 hours..Owner Robert excuse was had I selected long hair, I wouldn't have been able to book that appointment..( I can't see how that square up site can be that tech savvy ) I actually think I would have waited a lot longer to hear from someone had I not called there salon number 5 times with no answer emailed with no response and posted a comment on there recent IG Post .. Only to receive a call from Robert one the Owners to say he wasn't going to be able accommodate with that Sylist why would I want to see someone else when I booked a spot open with that Sylist makes no sense.. I was told he can put me with another Sylist, I've never been too but I'm very picky with my hair and preferred the Sylist who did my hair the first time and her calendar showed availability so I booked that appt., from an Owner of this Salon that works with Social Media Influencers and Celebs he knows these individuals are high maintenance and won't go elsewhere ( the Sylist I booked with is the best Sylist at this Salon , not counting the owners) why would I do that when the calendar showed an opening for that specific Sylist Friday afternoon and it took them over 3 hours to notify me regarding this.. I was told I was being very impatient & not accommodating with a rude attitude.. when I was trying to schedule an appt here or somewhere else for Friday to have my hair done for the weekend .. when In Miami same day or next day appts are usually never available.. most times you need 2-5 days.. so yes I was getting impatient .. Unless you want to feel like a just another random person they don't value because your not a social media influencer with tons of fake followers find another salon that truly appreciates your business.. and is loyal to you as you are that Salon.

    Where does it state I need to spend $25 or more to use the reward????

    This salon is lying to their customers and it is very misleading. I had done my eyebrows at Glam House once before. After the appointment, I received an email with a $5 off reward on my next visit. I made an appointment to do my eyebrows to use the reward before it expires. I get my eye brows done and when I go to pay and use the reward the cashier tells me that the reward can only be applied if I spend $25 or more. No where on the reward and fine print does it state that. I told the cashier this and she states that the code I have would not work. This should be stated on the reward because I literally made an appointment because I had this reward. I will never return because they are lying to their customers to get more business and that for me is bad customer service. Update! I found wax on my hair from the eyebrow service....

    My experience at GlamHouse was amazing! Starting with the fact that I was reached out to the day before my appointment asking what it was that I wanted for my hair. My hair needed a lot of help. It had been almost a year since my last balayage and my ends were fried. I also had a lot of grays to cover. Upon walking in, I was offered snacks and beverages. We spoke about the plan for my hair and began the process. I had balayage, root touch up, and olaplex treatment done. I couldn't be happier with the results! Also, Celisse and her girls are so nice! Having spent almost 5 hours there, it was truly a pleasant experience and I look forward to returning again soon!

    I really was worried to try a new salon but was very pleased at glam house. I love that you set up your appointment online and save time I did my hair with Lissi and she was helpful in talking me thru what I wanted and the best way to get the cut I wanted. The salon is styled very hip and has a relaxing vibe that I really like to go and relax while they cut my hair. She also talked me thru each product that she used and left with with a perfect blow out!

    Loved this place, booked appointment for 12 and got called in right on time. They have a coffee stations so you can grab some coffee while you wait, which is always a nice touch for salons. I got a gel mani and regular pedi by Valeria who was extremely nice and did any amazing job on my nails, I loved how she shaped my nails they look amazing. Definitely going back in the future!

    First time client . I went in for a balayage and was very happy with the outcome. Solina was great. Also, they were very helpful I had a 15% off but it was expired they still honored it. Will def be going back for a retouch in the future.

    This was what I wanted. It is much brighter than what I got.

    Waist of time and money. Cheap quality salon and unprofessional They're misleading and dishonest. Gas lighters. Came for consultation for color and extensions. Had to book with Amanda due to my schedule and her being available. The color wasn't bright enough She didn't even give me a proper blow out or she couldn't. Beginning of service she showed me the price of the package on her phone which is 300$ for medium length hair. The service menu stated that if the person has more hair than usual amount of hair or it is very long they will have to use additional product and it's an extra charge. It's clear that I don't have anything unusual about the length and density of my hair. Plus I have even less hair right now due to the fact that I just had some heavy 30 inch keratin tip extensions taken out less than a month ago and it covered my head with hair so a lot of my hair came out from that. Which is the whole reason I am here looking to get extensions in the first place.... At the end she said it's now 375$ For me it's not the money but the principal. So I asked her, after I made the payment mind u, what exactly am I being charged for can u break it down to me. She said because she had to use more product than she thought because my grow out was 4 inches and not 2 inches. and I'm like okay but how did u come to the price of 75$ ? And u could clearly tell how much grow out I had before hand. She stuttered and was stuck and didn't have anything to say not because she was nervous and flustered but because u are not able to come up with a lie that make sense. She never mentioned that additional product would be needed before or even during the session. There was never any indication that i needed more than the "usual" amount of product. Not only that, I didn't see here going back for more product. None of this adds up or makes sense. Why is there not enough product for medium length hair?? So y'all don't use enough product and then charge per bowl? How many bowls or product does it take? I have a lot of questions about this and I shouldn't. I have been getting my hair done for over 10 years blonde every time. And I have been much blonder than this literally the last person to touch my hair had my hair very bright and blonde and ashy but they're in New York. And I need a place that can do my hair and does extensions. And I live here in Miami. I've had my hair done in Arizona, Vegas, texas, ny, Miami, Washington. My mom used to do hair. And never have I ever heard of charging per bowl for the amount of product that should already be provided in the service. Never have I ever been told that I have an unusual amount of hair that I need to use more product. Once again reference that service menu it said for unusual amounts of hair and long hair. So that extra product shit shouldn't even apply to me. What's the usual amount of hair??? No hair?? I'm confused about this. And they can't even make it make sense cuz they know it's all busllshit to upsell and get over on the customers. Literally the only reason I came here was cuz they were the first place to have availability and the work looked decent on Instagram. But I have a list of other stylists that I could still go to and wish I would have skipped this salon and booked with someone else. This was a joke. Y'all are just some poser wanna be high end salon when really y'all just some losers and frauds. The owners are no help and I knew this soon as the "stylists" started to tell me to talk to the owners about the issue I have and they will refund me or fix whatever my issue is but something tells me they are all in on it and it's not a coincidence that any of this is happening.

    I really can't say enough good things about this salon. The staff is so friendly and very talented. My hair was an absolute mess before Kathy got a hold of it. I have been a cosmetologist for over 15 years and I am so picky when it comes to my hair. My hair literally came out incredible. I got baby lights and bayalage on extra long hair the results are unbelievable. The salon is now under new management (reading the reviews this was obviously the issue in the past). The managers Cesar and Robert came to talk to every client to ensure they were completely happy.

    Let me start by saying I am very picky about my manicures. I'm a sales rep and use my hands all day so it's important to me to have them looking their best always. After seeing several insta posts of manicures by Ally I decided to make an appointment. I LOVE that you can book your appointments online (I did it through insta) When I got to the salon she was running a little behind but still managed to finish me on time with a great result. I will definitely be back

    The lash lift and tint looked amazing the first day. Three days later the tint is gone but my lashes still look great. I also did my nails and I'm never going back there for a manicure the later of the gel is completely lifting when it has only been three days, this has never happened to me.

    Had my hair done with Heather and she is the best!!! Wasn't too sure about going short for a change and she was very honest and supportive of my decision. I asked to maintain the same color from my previous bayalage, except to go slightly lighter and she totally made it happen. Took a lot of time on my hair cut to make sure it looked exactly how I wanted it. Gave me tons of advice on what hair products will best suit me and even gave me advice on how to curl my hair. Overall, great experience... looking forward to going back

    PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!! I have been following their Instagram page for about a year and finally decided to give them a shot. I have been a blonde all my life and know what a proper color is. I made my appt with Liz, when I arrive she asks me details about what I want as far as color and length, I showed her photos of what I wanted and told her I made my appt for the most expensive package they have which is called baby lights which clearly states on their website that it is for the most brightness overall which is exactly what I wanted to be brighter. She also told me since I had a lot of hair that I would need to be charged extra for extra bowls of bleach and then extra bowls of toner- fine I agreed since I want the job done correctly. Well 5 hours later and I was a brunette at the top with ORANGE highlights that she was trying to hide with the toner. It became very clear that she did not know how to mix her colors!!! She called my color a dirty blonde which kind you I told her I wanted to be in between a golden blonde and platinum which is what I had in my hair!!! My head looks like it belongs on 3 different people bc it's all different colors. The service cost me $365, when I called to explain to the owner how unhappy I was, she really didn't care. She said no refunds but I will have Daniela fix your hair, come in on Tuesday and don't worry Liz doesn't work that day. Well guess what Tuesday morning comes around and Liz calls me to tell me she will be the one doing my hair. I said absolutely not you messed up my hair why would I allow you to touch my hair again?! I called again and the owner said sorry but that's our policy I'm not giving you your money back and no1 else here will be touching your hair unless you pay for it again! So she lied to me about Liz not working that day and could careless that Liz ruined my hair! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT GO HERE! I can't believe that a business owner would treat a customer like this but hey it's miami right?

Now, when I tell you my brows were long and hairy please believe me!! I like crazy and had lost my shape and had a scar under there. She was the sweetest most caring when it came to that. I barely felt the wax going through the scar. She wears a magnifying glass and saw I had one so was gentle. No pain, barely any redness and actually walked out of there with a shape. A few days after waxing I break out but I actually didn't this time around. It was quick and easy. Sadly Covid and quarantine began right after so I'm waiting on my appointment. Will update with pictures but so far very satisfied.
