Worst "customer service" i've ever experienced! Their equipment Burns anywhere on your face and leaves your skin damaged however they'll tell you it's just "a little irritation". Jackie refused to honor all 6 treatments pre-purchased through Groupon. They fraudulently add missed appointments to make you pay extra money, & their overall business practices are questionable to say the least which really jeopardizes the integrity of the business they're running. I've had multiple areas treated & only noticed progress on under arms, ironically I started my period on one of my appointment dates for bikini laser and they told me they couldn't treat me which is completely understandable however they counted that as a missed appointment and said I owed money before they could honor my pre-purchased appointments. By the way they call me and tell me this 30 minutes before my appointment. What type of policy is that? tell the customer not to come in & don't notate that then charge them for a missed appointment. This place should be called Scam Laser as opposed to "glam". I'm contacting Groupon, my bank, Better Business Bureau, and every social media thread they're attached to. I hope no one else has to experience their type of fraudulent business practices. read more

I was recommended here by a good friend and every great thing he said was true! From the initial booking, the receptionist Susie was kind and helpful. She was able to squeeze me in for a Sunday appointment, which I find incredibly helpful that they have weekend hours. Once I arrived, the staff was friendly and answered all the silly questions I had about pain and expectations. I brought my girlfriend with me so she could watch, they had no problems with a guest. Once the nurse arrived I was promptly taken to the back. Narine went over the treatment plan, side effects to be expected and allowed all my questions. I didn't feel rushed at all. The actual laser was amazing, yes there was some pain but the cooling air they use with the laser helps A LOT. In no time we were done with my lip and chin. She graciously suggested some sunscreen since I was planning to be out all day. Bonus all this treatment was incredibly priced. I had been to laser centers before and they are totally affordable. I've been getting laser treatments for about a year and a half to remove hair on my legs, underarm, bikini, and upper lip. I'm a dark skinned Latina so I was a bit worried that my skin would get damaged but it looks great. My legs are shiny and almost hair free. Now I've starting doing my arms. I absolutely love this place! Im fortunate that this is the only place i have gotten lasered bc the results are fast and amazing. Nurse jackie is who i go with and shes awesome she does GREAT work n shes very knowledgeable. I experience 60% complete hair loss after the first time, the rest are simple sessions to further eliminate the hair. I bought the groupon for 6 sessions for laser hair removal on the bikini line. The staff was so polite and professional every time I visited, the laser felt like tiny little pinches but it wasn't terrible because their machine blows cool air. My only tip would be that 6 sessions is definitely not enough. Hair growth was minimal between sessions but I haven't been for about three months now and it has all grown back. I'm not sure how many sessions it would take for permanent hair removal. read more

Really happy that I gave this place a chance! I used to go to New Look and wasted so much time there waiting to get in to appointments, because of how unorganized they were but here I never had that problem! There's minimal wait time and the new laser machines they use are amazing! It constantly blows cold air so it numbs the area a little and its almost painless!! I started going to Glam because my sister recommended them to me. When I called to get my appointment the receptionist Christine was very nice and willing to accomadte my busy schedule. At my appointment I met with their nurse who discussed with me what the process was like and what to expect. My session went smoothly and since then I have been going back religiously. It's been almost 2 years since I've been coming to Glam studio for different services. I've had my hair and make up done for different events, facials, electrolysis, but Initially I went there for laser hair removal. After doing some research I decided to give it a try. I totally love their laser machine, since it has a separate cooling system that constantly blows cold air and makes the treatments almost pain free. I've had my treatments done by different nurses and they've been great, I trust them all, very professional, knowledgeable and caring stuff. Most importantly I've been seeing great results and I do the treatments now once in every few month. Front desk is also very professional, always accommodating with my crazy schedule. Be aware of their 24 hour cancelation policy. I never had a problem canceling or rescheduling, they never questioned why am I changing the appointment, as long as they're notified within 24 hours, there is no charge or hassle. I've also had electrolysis done by their licensed electrologist on the areas that nurses didn't suggest laser treatment because of the hair quality and I'm glad I've tried, I've seen amazing results as well. My biggest insecurity is my facial hair. It's been months since my last visit so I had a lot of hair. However, my electrologist or the woman who did my laser was very polite. She didn't make me feel bad about myself like I usually do when my hair gets out of hand. Instead, she insured me everything will be ok and worked her magic.
