I have been going to BFF Nails and Spa for about a year now, and Jenny and Katie are both amazing. I regularly get gel pedicures and gel manicures, and they are always so accommodating about working with my schedule. I often need to come in on my lunch hour and split up my appointments, and they are great about making that happen. Their color selection is amazing, everything is extremely clean, and the massage during both the manicure and pedicure is so good. One of the biggest things for me is how well my gel lasts. I can go several weeks between appointments and it never lifts or chips. My nails just grow out, and the rest still looks freshly done. I also have very long natural nails, and even with getting gel manicures every 2 to 3 weeks, I have not noticed any damage to them at all. That says a lot. We are from Pahrump and we googled where to get our nails done in the Blue Diamond area. This was a fantastic find! Both of the ladies that were working were a pleasure, kind and professional. They were prompt to take care of us and our nails were very nice and neatly done. The place is clean, sanitary and each station has very nice chairs, especially the massage chairs. I recently visited BFF Nails for a manicure and pedicure and unfortunately had a mixed experience. The services themselves were okay, but the overall atmosphere was not very welcoming. The staff didn't seem particularly friendly or engaging, which made the visit feel a bit uncomfortable. I also felt the pricing was quite high--$180 for a mani and pedi--especially considering the level of service provided. While the results were decent, the customer service didn't match the cost. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience, but it didn't stand out in a positive way either. I'll likely try a different salon next time. read more

Yes I absolutely recommend this business. I was referred by a friend after losing my nail consultant after several years. Katie is the bomb! My husband likes getting pedicures, and the first one he got there was horrible. After speaking to Katie, we went back and Katie handled his pedicure personally. Let me start off by saying when I first went into the store it was the owner and her best friend . The atmosphere was very friendly and they were both proficient in English and friendly. I was in a bit of a rush and only had 70 minutes to take my plain nails into plain gel nails. The girl that was working on them seemed very proficient, friendly, but scrape the edges of my nails with the tip of her thumbnail. Which would have been fine... I guess, except it left a lot of residue that ended up, lifting my nails shortly thereafter. Six days later, four of my nails were lifting and at nine days, seven of my gel nails for lifting. It was a no-frills business which I could appreciate. However, the products that were used on my nails did not last. I explained to the lady that was doing my nails, but I have two toddlers and I also have a full-time job that requires me to wash my hands often. It was an overall disappointing experience. read more

This is the best nail salon in town! Katie is awesome and always does such an amazing job! I mean seriously, what can't she do? I did acrylic nails with a gel polish and they came out so gorgeous! | also did a gel pedicure and it was so relaxing! To wrap up I did an eyebrow wax just to clean them up and I was satisfied with everything From the greeting I got when I walked in to the excellent service up until the very end. I wish I could give zero stars Katie was rude, unkind and unprofessional. My nails were lumpy, acrylic was uneven, the almond shape was lopsided. When I expressed I wanted my nails fixed. With attitude and ego she said "Nothing wrong with them, I do the best nails in this area." That a lie in a half! She then began to talk down to me and have a nasty attitude. When I called her out on her behavior, she said " I'm just a bitch, deal with it." I will be reporting her to The State Board of Cosmetology Ethics Committee and The Better Business Bureau. Crazy thing is I never asked for a refund, I just wanted her to improve the quality of her work. $130 for bad nails, bad attitude and bad service. Do not waste your money here. read more
