It is the day my appointment and I get a text an hour and a half before the scheduled time that I need to reschedule again. Mind you I took off work to have a relaxing self care day. I call and she tells me she had a walk in and walk ins bump Classpass bookings. It says this absolutely nowhere on the booking site nor was I ever told this might be a possibility. Then I get a text saying they only get a small percentage if I book on Classpass. How is that my problem? They were apologetic and offered to give me a discounted rate if I choose to book directly though them. If you won't accommodate and take customers on Classpass seriously then maybe you shouldn't be associated with the company, makes both businesses looks bad.
