I really had to take the time to write this review because I was truly touched by Miranda and she's really an example to me of what kind of service a business owner should strive to always offer to her clients. I originally had an appointment for a bikini wax scheduled with a completely different provider in town. Due to a series of circumstances that I don't want to get into here, the appointment I had was canceled which almost spelled disaster for me because I had a summer photo shoot scheduled for the following day and I needed to get a wax. I started to Google and diligently read the reviews for every single waxing provider that I could find within a five mile radius of where I live. I called Melinda's at Glamir Aesthetics and left a message explaining that I was interested in making an appointment for the next day and hoped I would get a call back. Within 15 minutes I had a text message from Melinda offering an appointment that was at perfect time for me. I was in shock in a really good way. Our follow-up text messages were quick professional detailed along with directions of exactly how to reach her office, how to prepare, what not to do and what to do beforehand. She really covered all the bases. Add a star. When I reached her office, she was extremely welcoming, gracious, helped me with the new client paperwork and completed my wax in record time. Add four stars. Her aftercare instructions were very detailed as well and she really cares about what she does. In addition to her waxing services, she also does lashes, lash fills, facials and even teeth whitening. I just love Miranda ! Details really do matter, and she is detail oriented, from the set up of the room, the appointment system, the work/art itself, to cute gifts at Christmas and lash Wands + wash when you receive your service. Not only do my lashes last 3 weeks and still look full, they've never hurt like others I've experienced, she takes her time to create full lashes one hair at a time, but She also has done waxing for my husband and he always loves his brows! I have been getting lash extensions off and on now for about 4 years. Out of all my experiences with lash artists, Miranda is by far my favorite lash artist I have ever come across. I am so happy a friend referred me to her. She truly cares about your lashes. My lashes will last up to 3 weeks and people will come up to me and ask if I just got a fill when I haven't yet! (Which 3 wks is a while for lashes, when you go every two weeks for a fill) She cleanses your lashes before every fill, which no other lash artist has done for me before. She makes you feel so comfortable! I have fallen asleep multiple times! And she's so easy going to have a conversation with! I was referred to Miranda by a friend a few years ago. Before meeting Miranda, I had been to a handful of lash artists in Vegas, all varying in price points (initial full set, fills, volume vs classic, mink, etc). But I can say from my personal lash experience, Miranda's work and lash products are the best "bang" for your buck! Miranda is extremely detail oriented and assures that your natural lashes are not stuck together. I used to pull out my lash extensions when I could "feel" them glued together (I'm super OCD about the glue), from previous lash artists which damaged my lashes and made me not want to get them again. I'm a super low maintenance type of girl and I can easily forget that I have lashes. I workout 5-6x a week and my lashes survive being beat up, sweat, and in the humidity of heated yoga rooms. I also recently went on a trip out of the country, where it was 90% humidity and over 100 degrees and Miranda's lashes were still going strong after 3 weeks without a fill! That's how you know she uses quality glue that won't give out in a week or two. Lashes give me a much needed "umph" that I don't want to spend much time taking care of. I usually have a crazy schedule between work, school, and other personal obligations and Miranda is always so accommodating with any changes/reschedules.
