They were very understanding but let me know they were fully booked and would have to shorten my service time because of the delay. Which was totally fair since it was my mistake. When I got there, they were so kind and didn't waste a second. They took me straight back and got started right away. Plus, I ended up getting the full 1 hr! So sweet of them!
