I absolutely love it! I went in on a whim and Mai, the owner said she would redraw my brows to see if I would like it and I love it. As seen in the first picture, I have very little brow hair and would have to draw it in every day and that is shown in the second picture, and in the last picture is right after the 3D microblading. I am a nurse and very disappointed with the whole store. The owner Mai showed up 2 hours late frequently. The staff named Rose promised me discount after I signed up for brows, eyeliners, and lip tattoo paying cash but never gave me the discount. Rose did all 3 services all over total 3 hours in one sitting (including drawing my brows for 2 minutes and rushed me in saying she would redraw to my satisfaction later on but Rose never kept her promise), and all results were horrendous. When the swelling decreased few days later, I returned for her to check up, Rose tried to evade me and blamed it on my face shape, etc. Very irresponsible!. Mai sang to the same tune. When another staff in the store took pity of me and offered to fix them for me Mai tried to give us a hard time. The last minute the staff had to stop early. I still have a spot of blemish on my left brow until today to live with because Mai yelled to the staff to stop just like I had to beg for mercy. Unbelievable treatment. I've tried to forget it but my conscience has been bothered me for not speaking up. Only by speaking up, I can warn others of this irresponsible store. It's our face we have to live with for years. I've been coming here to get my eyebrows tattooed for years now. I come back every year to get them touched up. I'm happy to have found this place. They do such great work with affordable prices. I love how natural my brows look after it's healed. The owner Cindy is so talented and sweet. Henry who has been doing my touch ups the last few years is very gentle and always makes sure I'm not in pain during the process. A couple of months ago, I had eyebrow shading done. Afterwards the owner stated that she would reshade them a few months later since the tattoo would fade over time. She said that she would do them for free. I came a couple months later, which was last week and she said that I would have to pay again. Why would she offer to do something for free and then charge? After clearing it up with her, she decided to do the reshading for free. But after she was in a bad mood, and I did not trust her to do a good job on my brows. So I left and decided to go to another place. This establishment is not trustworthy and is a poor representation of Vietnamese businesses. read more

Poor customer service. Would give zero stars but can't. I waited half an hour if not more to get some ointment for my mom who got her lips tattooed here. The receptionist had no clue what was going on and she didn't wear a face mask. The owner was nowhere to be found and did not bother picking up her phone when the receptionist called but seems to be able to pick up their phone when it's called from the clients phone.. She asked to use my phone to contact her. Very unprofessional and made me wait for nothing. The person who tattooed my mom's lips said she talked too much over the phone when expressing her concerns for the after care. That is normal considering it's her first time. I went in for my 6 week retouch only for my eyebrow tattoo, def did not retouch my eyeliner. Wouldn't have my eyeliner redid again ever unless I was under anaesthesia. The retouch looks great, it comes with no charge and it's part of the original price of $250. They used an external numbing lotion/gel thing so it just feels like a little tickle. Having PERMANENT eye brows done at this place is the worst regret I've ever made. UNEVEN! Color quickly FADES leaving patches of PERMANENT light gray. EXTREMELY RUDE! Plan on them keeping you there for the whole day, making you wait several hours even if you make an appt ahead of time. Cindy (Vietnamese name Mai) quickly drew my eye brows on with a eye brow pencil. But it was uneven and I didn't like the shape she drew. I asked her to make it a little thinner and add a little more arch. But she said "no this is how it's suppose to be." But this is permanent and I didn't want to just say yes on a whim, also I didn't like it. she walks away, and I sat there for about 30minutes before someone else sees that I'm not being helped and comes over and offers to redraw them for me. I liked the way the younger girl drew it for me. And I asked for medium brow ink. Cindy the owner told her to "just do dark brown". I'm shocked! I'm the client. This is my face and it's going to be PERMANENT! Shouldn't I be able to choose the color I want? I wanted it to look natural, not like sharpie ink The owner Cindy is a total witch! She said she's taking too long. "It should be quick." She said. "Just ten minutes and done. It's never going to be even. Hurry up, just add some line." This is permanent make up! How can she be so careless. And so mean to her employees when they're just trying to do a good job. She kept rushing us. Warning! DONT COME HERE if you want even eyebrows. She won't do a good job. She refuses to spend time making clients happy. And the color comes out UNEVEN, PATCHY, two toned, just a horrible mess! It's like McDonald's here. I am absolutely and extremely impressed with the unique skills and expertise of Thanh Mai, very beautiful, accommodating and wonderful owner, and her beautiful Technician Tiffany who got rid of all my hard to extract pimples and all its roots in just 10 minutes. They used their very high tech burning machine that worked very fast. The procedure was without pain, no down time, no scar, and the pimples are gone for good in just a short few minutes. Most of all, the cost was minimal. Other places cost a lot more, but pimples are not gone. This place is very clean, very nice looking, and everyone is extremely skilled, caring, accommodating, professional and absolutely effective. I am extremely picky of who can touch my face and I don't trust people in general, but after looking on line for such a long time for this type of service, I am extremely glad that I've fond Hoai Anh Cali. If I could give the owner, Mai, zero star, I would totally do that. She is horrible at permanent tattoo. She use the knife technique to do eyebrow so quick but the ink won't stay. After it peeled, my eyebrow looked worse than before I came to see her. Came back for touch up and she said she doesn't do touch up one of the other girls there helped me with my touch up.
