She said that she could not take me that day because she had booked a class for that time slot. It was beyond unprofessional, inconsiderate and upsetting. She said she'd be accommodating but didn't offer times and when I asked about my next available day she seemed hesitant to take me. She later went on to post on her instagram that it was clients duty to assure that their appointments were set and that she would send verification texts, the whole situation just was very unprofessional. I have nothing against her work, just wish it went differently. She later offered a 30$ discount but I am still hesitant to take the offer. Also I am very forgiving and understanding of human error, I know times are busy right now but there was just no way for me to know if I wasn't booked considering all she had asked of me was my information.
