Sad to have to write a bad review but after spending a considerable amount of money with suboptimal results I feel it's necessary. This is the second time getting this method and this time the install was very bulky. Just fyi it is machine weft not genius so they do not lay flat. I do not remember the first install being this bulky but I could not wear my hair back at all without speed bumps on my head. The hair is good quality but like I said super bulky and noticeable. The installer was super nice but the results were not. They did pressure to sign up for the monthly membership that ran $160 for move up of two tracks. After letting them known wasn't going to return for any move up and pretty much paid over $1000 for 5 weeks of hair I'll never use again I thought they would at least refund me the $160 for a service I wasn't going to have nor receive but no luck .. so here we are. Needless to say I'm out over $1200 for 5 weeks of bumpy hair I'll never use again. I recommend really doing research if your concerned with how your hair will look after initialmk read more

I have been wanting to get extensions for years after having the idea to shave half of my head, the grow out process was brutal. However, I never did because I thought it would be damaging with the methods I knew of, until I found Glamour Locks. I'm not going to lie, my hair is sooo fine and thin that I do have to work to hide this in one spot where I have a cow lick. But the extra 10 mins every morning is absolutely worth it, and for most people, this wouldn't be an issue. I'm super happy with my results, Deborah is amazing! Update: I just went back in to have my extensions tightened back up and I'm even happier than before. I've never been able to grow my hair past my collar bone, and I'm planning on getting a second row the next time. I can't say enough good things about Deborah. I had a situation with recent extensions that my hair dresser purchased from The Hair Shop and I'm very pleased to share how understanding and accommodating the Manager Brittany was when I went to speak with her today. Brittany listened to my concerns and issue, asked a few questions, apologized for the inconvenience and went above and beyond to assist me and make the situation right. She truly cared and wanted to do the right thing for me. She was very honest in her responses and recommendations and I very much appreciated her kindness and understanding.
