I went in for a basic soak-off and a pedicure, and they tried to charge me $114.00 at the end! bad service and honestly didn't do my nails how i wanted. i asked for the letter T for my boyfriends initial and it doesn't even look like a letter, it looks like a design. the vibe was chaotic and the girl doing my nails was hurting me with the tools. she also used the purple liquid that is used to make the acrylic on my skin and that burned and peeled my fingers. all and all wouldn't go here again and should've stuck to my regular nail place. read more

My tech was not great...the whole process was maybe 20/25 minutes....my heels are still dry, cuticles are barely trimmed, nail aren't shaped, and a blah and short massage. While I was waiting for my friends to finish 2 guests walked in and asked to look at the colors as well. I also had old dip on and she like clipped the old polish off and use an acrylic tip to loosen it off my nail. I have never had a nail salon do this but it hurt. Then while I was getting my nails done there was no communication besides this is what you want not even small talk. When we finally finished she started digging her nail under mine to get the leftover dip out and now my finger hurts. Also my two pointer fingers are two different lengths. This service is good. But my time was NOT valued! I scheduled a appointment for 5:00 for a fill in and spa manicure with Kathy. I arrived for my appointment about 4:45. After 10 minutes I was seated at the chair to get my spa manicure. I waited for 40 minutes before I was serviced. Kathy apologize and said her previous client was late for her appointment. That's not my fault! I was on time! She apologized and didn't charge for my toe designs. All forgiven, so I thought. A few weeks later. I'm scheduled to get another fill in and spa pedicure with Kathy. at 5. I get a call from Mya the manager around 4 asking me if I could come at 5:30. I told her I couldn't because I was in route from work and had plans. She said ok. I get there about 4:50. Again sent to the chair for my spa pedicure. This time I had to wait almost an hour because I was serviced. I was livid. Kathy had this sob story about her previous client driving from Prince George's county to get her nails done and traffic was backed up. It's Friday, it's not uncommon! But that's not my problem. I had a scheduled appointment. I told Mya when she called me I couldn't come later. Obviously my time means nothing to them! Crazy enough the next time I scheduled a fill in and spa pedicure with Mya the manager for 5. The day of the appt, she calls me at 4:55. I'm parked and getting out the car. She called to say she was running late. Here again I'm waiting 40 minutes to get serviced. While Mya was doing my nails she started asking personal questions ie was I married or had kids. Then she spoke in a low tone in Vietnamese to Kathy. Kathy responded in a low tone back in Vietnamese. This is America!! Speak in ENGLISH! Nails were done as requested, however the price of the nails changed. I understand prices are subject to change but on the menu they have on yelp it reads sns full set 30$. Then I went to get them done and it was 40$ plus 15$ for the fake nail they glue on first. Then I was told 45$ for full set over the phone the next week...and this included the glued nail. I'm just kind of confused why every person talk to says something different, as well as the menu to the website itself. All I had done sns full set with fake nail and a clear coat. I called and to make an appointment (around 3) and they are able to get me in (around 4:30)- which was great, especially since it was a Sunday afternoon! The man who did my nails was so kind. I got a gel manicure and basic pedicure. Super quick and easy. If you're looking to get pampered- this probably isn't your place.. its a little outdated & reasonable priced. However, if you're looking for quick, convenient, and quality nails for a decent price- I recommend 100%. While I wasn't expecting the pedicure prices to start at $40, I do feel that I got what I paid for. The place and materials were very clean, massage chairs new and well maintained. My technician was friendly, offered me water and went to work. She paid very close attention to the details and gave great massages. It was a nice experience overall, however I don't believe I got what I paid for. I paid $48 for a spa pedicure that only lasted 30 minutes... isn't a regular pedicure supposed to take that long? I was a nail tech back in Massachusetts, so I generally know how this works. Regular = 25-30 minutes for $30, spa/deluxe = 45-60 min for $40-60. So to pay nearly double for only 30 minutes...was not worth it. I guess I should have asked first how long it was going to take in the beginning. I went in with a nail design I was excited for but then my nail technician decided to change the design. I allowed it because I struggle with speaking up, so I don't criticize for that. But my nails are sore from being sanded down and on. They are brittle and very low to the point where it hurts. There is amazing service, amazing people, but I am sad about my nails. read more

Say by appointment only but take anyone that walks in the door resulting in a 2 HOUR mani/pedi appointment that I scheduled the day before. The main complaint was the multiple and multiple errors we had to point out ourselves for the Tech Tina to fix. If we didn't point it out, she would have continued as if the errors didn't happen. This is the cleanest, safe nail salon that I have been to. They are diligent about taking precautions against the COVID 19 virus. Mya immediately had me wash my hands upon arrival. I watched her constantly clean all stations and chairs before clients had their nails done. Furthermore, they use NU Skin products which are amazing! My powder dipped French nails look great and my pedicure was so relaxing and the pedicure was the best ever! If you have not visited this salon yet, please do. It is the best!!! I will say this, the place is very clean and they do take their time on your nails. But once I got home I noticed that some were different shaped and 2 were crooked. Also, I notice that they were super thin too, which isn't always a problem but now only 4 days later, 3 of them are mis shapened from wearing down and it hasn't even been a week yet. I have tried multiple places in the area (also white marsh and towson) and this by far is the best! I have been coming here for a couple years now with my mom (and recently my dad). I come every two weeks to get a gel mani and spa pedi. I go to Tina and she is absolutely wonderful. My nails always come out looking amazing. My mom goes to Paula and she really appreciates the quality and care that Paula puts in.
