Got a pedicure here while in Jackson on vacation. The service was fine but my heels were still so rough when done... would not go back.

I had the signature pedicure and it was amazing! I'd definitely go back for that. BUT I also decided to have my gel mani color changed and she actually did a good job, it was really pretty and all that...it just didn't last long. It chipped on DAY 2. So it looks like I might have to find another place to get my mani done. read more

Just had great customer service including manicure /acrylic fills & pedicure /2 nails w acrylic without any issues!!! Was Leary to book due to mixed reviews & had 3 pm appt but stopped at USPS on the way & clerk with great nail job assured me glamour nails was fantastic & she was spot on. I was seen 2 hrs prior to appt, staff was friendly & knowledgeable & appreciate their customers. I have been in the road since June from marble falls tx & can recommend GN for local or traveling customers !! read more

they did a terrible job. it took them two hours and every time i would point out something they need to fix. they argued and said no it's fine. my nails cover my entire finger, and they're so bubbly. Definitely a complete waste of money and time. Would not recommend coming here cause i sure won't be back. read more

I took my girlfriend in for a manicure and pedicure. While waiting for her, I had a foot massage. The atmosphere in the shop was great. It was clean and nicely decorated. One big plus was that the shop had no chemical smell like the typical nail stores do. Both she and I were very happy with the service. The signature pedicure is a great value! This was the first time I've had hot stones as part of a pedicure. It was a nice touch. I almost fell asleep, which is saying a lot for me. We went with a group of 4 (2 men and 2 women). Reservations are recommended. Oh, and the chair massage was the best I've ever felt! read more

10 days later.... Nails are all breaking and peeling. I've NEVER had that happen with gel polish. Buyer beware.

Way too expensive for a less than decent job. Not the best experience. I would have expected more for being in Jackson Hole.

I've had my nails done at this salon a number of times since they opened and 95% of the time I leave there looking like a drunk baby painted my nails. There's polish all over my skin and their polish is old and clumpy. The two times I haven't taken my own polish, I've gone home and immediately removed their polish. Neither of the other places in town are amazing bu they're better than Glamour. read more

I only do manicure once in a while. I'm leaving to go on vacation so I need a manicure that lasts well. I was thinking of gel color but when I went in they told me about dipping powder. Solid mani/pedi with friendly service. The pedicure includes a brief foot massage, which i liked. I also like their nail drying machine, which uses a UV light to really dry the polish. They did my mani and pedi at the same time, which I appreciated. They only get 3 stars because my husband paid and they told him my pedicure was $20 more than listed on their menu, had I paid I would have noticed, but he didn't know and we feel taken advantage of. read more

Great place away from the downtown. Mom & I winged it and walked in for pedicures. Even though they were busy... They were very accommodating. Tip: if you want a Glamour pedi you need an appt. but the signature pedi was really good if you want to go beyond basic. I wish I found this place sooner!! read more

Just an FYI for everyone they'll tell you a different price when you initially come in and then hike it up about 10 bucks once your nails are complete ! I had called and asked and asked again when I showed up how much a full set is with gel and I was told $50 on both occasions. Come time to pay, it was $60. I don't recommend them at all. My nails don't look bad, but they also aren't a $60 set. Diva nails is much better and a little cheaper. Don't give glamour nails your business. read more

Mainicure - Said my nails did not need much cut off and did not like them short. Guess what - they are so short. My thumb nail has never been this short. Couldnt be shorter. So if you go - watch with an eagle eye cuz either they dont listen or dont understand. Seems she just went on no matter what I said. Disappointed. read more

After my girlfriends' and I recent return from our Yellowstone getaway, that turned out to be much more physical and strenuous than we thought, she was in desperate need of some nail rescue. She did a Google search for local Nail Salons, and found "Glamour Nail and Spa". I had agreed to drop her off, and leave until the end of her appointment. My main reason for not waiting, was the fact that the chemical smell of Nail Salons is unbearable to me. But as I walked her in, I noticed that it did not have that strong chemical smell. We were informed by the staff that they've installed a sophisticated filtering system to address that issue. Because of the comfortable breathing environment, I took the opportunity to stay and enjoy a much needed massage after all my hiking and camping. My girlfriend loved her nails, and I had a great massage; we both thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The staff was gracious, and helpful. The salon looks fairly new, it is modern and well decorated. We wholeheartedly recommend this Salon and its friendly staff. read more

I just had the best pedicure I've ever had in my life. Larry helped me and gave me a "Glamour Pedicure". It was well worth the extra money ($60) - a bit more than a regular pedicure. There are a lot of extra steps, such as paraffin wrap, salt scrub, massage with warm stones and many other luxuries. My feet are super soft and look great. Larry was very nice and friendly. He was gentle but thorough. I liked it so much I'm returning tomorrow for a manicure with Larry. The salon is clean, nicely decorated and friendly. read more

I called and made an appointment and when I got there they had no one available to help me then tried to say I was too late(less than 5 min after scheduled appointment) and could move me another hour. Stay away. After booking an appointment I arrived to an incredibly rude staff, and was told there would be a 30 minute wait past my appointment time. The place is dirty and the staff horrible. There are plenty of other options in town and this one is to be avoided. read more

The location is good, parking is easy. The staff are accommodating and the premises are clean. I've had no problem at all with the pedicures here, always great. BUT! The problem is their Gel procedure for natural nails. They are super aggressive on your nail. Do NOT let anyone there use the dremel on your natural nails, they will tell you it will not damage them, they are "just using it to get the old gel off". That's a big fat lie. It's been several months now and I am still recovering from their butchering of my nails. I've never had such a problem before, anywhere. I should have realized what was happening when I put my fingers in the water to soak and all my nails bent like paper. It will look good when you leave but will take months for recovery. read more

I went to have my nails done with gel finish. I was so appalled at the price when the owner said $50, I couldn't believe it. I said to the owner that I couldn't believe it cost $50, and she said Jackson was expensive. I told her I live in Vail and have never paid that (I have never paid more than $30 no matter where I travel, not even at the best spas). I know what expensive is....and then I had to leave a tip. I was the only customer there for the whole time, and it was the shoulder season, and I was totally ripped off. Nails were fine but not any better than any other place. Terrible experience. I took my 7 yro daughter here for a pedicure date. They put her in a kid chair next to me and then when someone else walked in with two daughters, they made my daughter move with some bogus excuse about them being shorter than her (she was exactly the same height). Then, my technician started to peel my gel polish off. I had to ask him to stop and let them soak so my nails wouldn't be damaged. He switched to filing until my nails became thin and painful, I had to whence physically to make him stop. The technician working on my daughter spent less than ten minutes on her, and then asked if she wanted a flower. My daughter requested a paw print. She said she had no idea how to do that and she would only do a flower. I showed her how to make a paw print out of five black dots but she refused. Then, she grabbed my daughter's arm and pulled her from the chair very aggressively so she could clean it. I asked if she could sit in the chair until another patron needed the spot (my tech was still removing my polish with a nail file). She told me they needed it right away and gestured my daughter to sit around the corner where I couldn't even see her. There were no other patrons waiting and there were no available technicians either so it was obvious that chair wouldn't be in use. I asked my daughter to stand by me (since this was suppose to be a special outing for us). Clearly, this was a worse scenario than her occupying the empty chair next to me so the technician relented and she got to stay there for the duration of my pedicure. That 10 min kid pedicure cost me $25. Cost out the door $85. Really disappointed. What a bust. read more
