(Or at least new to me ) On a Sunday afternoon, I did not have an appointment so I was a "walk-in" which they have signage stating "walk-ins welcome". I was promptly greeted and was asked to check in on the mobile POS at the front desk. This was the first time I've ever seen a digital check in at a nail salon - it was easy to manage and I enjoyed it! It was only a minute or two before I was given a station to sit at. They have great colors to choose from and a clean and fresh ambiance. The nail tech was so sweet, offered me a beverage and took great care of my nails. Super convenient to schedule online, she even called to confirm what I wanted for 3 people. When we arrived they were ready for us, we got 2 acrylic fills and a full set. The manager/nail tech took her time and fixed my nails that I got done elsewhere. My daughters and I all had different techs and they all were fabulous! Highly recommend going to this nail salon! I have been here a few times now and have had a great experience each time. I have never called ahead for an appointment and usually get in within 10 minutes of showing up. It is a pretty big shop with more than 6 pedicure stations and 10 manicure stations. They even had 3 kid chairs! I have only received pedicures here and the paint last for weeks. The massage within the seat is a bit strange because it has a crotch/butt massager! I quickly turned that part off and checked my phone with their free wifi. The service was great, but the girls don't have much to say and don't really engage in conversation. I am pretty sure they used a real cheese grater for the heel of the foot to get a soft surface. At the end of the pedicure I also received a long calf and foot massage. There is also a large selectino of OPI nail polish colors to choose from. My pedicure cost $30. read more

I've been going to Glamour Nails off and on for several years. I went a few times over the past few months and the gel manis have lasted at least 2 weeks. I was surprised when I went in today to find it completely remodeled. It is very clean and fresh. They did a beautiful job on my gel mani and pedi. High attention to detail, took a bit, but I had the time. I'd mention if you're in a hurry. They said to come back in if I need anything for a free fix. I think their prices are a bit higher than before, but they have new amenities. You can pay and tip with a card, schedule online, have complementary beverages, and they have some new polishes. GROSSEST nail salon ever. I developed a SEVERE NAIL INFECTION after getting a gel manicure last weekend due to their tools not being properly cleaned or sanitized. I now have had to see a doctor, am on antibiotics and medicine to treat the infection, and am in extreme pain as a result of their unsanitary and dirty tools. I have been getting my nails done for 20+ years and have NEVER had a nail infection. I am beyond disgusted that they do not take the time or care enough to clean their tools, when it poses extreme health hazards and risks. I am in extreme pain, have medical bills to pay & have to take medicine as a result of this nail salon. I called the salon to complain and inform them but the manager did not even apologize and said they are going to investigate and call back.. They never called back. This place does good work but I stopped going since the staff isn't getting vaccinated against covid.

I got a gel manicure at 2pm today and my thumb chipped by the end of the day. I'm guessing this is due to the rapid application process I received. The nail tech didn't let the coats of gel polish go through a full UV cycle. He would pull my hands out not even halfway through and slap on a new coat. The color gel coat wasn't dried enough and stained the topcoat brush. There were absolutely no other customers in the shop besides me, there was no reason to rush. read more

My family and I all went to get our nails done after the movies last night. We had called in to make an appointment but showed up early and had three available nail technicians who jumped right in. They had a wide selection of colors and great service. Hanna did my nails and did an amazing job. I cut my nails to nubs last week and she miraculously made them all look the way I wanted. She was very detailed oriented and focused on me. There was other clients who were there that clearly had a routine/relationship and knew the staff. I've been here twice! One time Tiffany did a gel manicure for me and it was amazing! She was super sweet, sanitary, and detail oriented. BUT then I got a set of acrylics done here and while they stayed on for about 2 weeks just fine they didn't look the best. Uneven shape and around the cuticle. There was a sheet of plexiglass between be and the man who did my nails but he didn't wear his mask over his nose. I understand needing to answer the phone but he got up very frequently while helping me, took his mask off everytime to answer the phone, and was texting/on his personal phone multiple times during my appointment. For such a great location - it was hands down the worst mani I've ever had. I went in for a dip manicure and the polish had completely chipped off after three days. I went back in and the woman was very upset that I came back. She wouldn't let me pick a different color and redid my nails in complete silence then walked away without saying a word. I had to wait about 20 minutes before I was serviced, and I would kindly remind them that I had to be somewhere in "x minutes" and they got frustrated with me! 2 hours should be an ample amount of time. Also, there was a group of girls that missed their movie because the process took so long for them too! I would say, they do a nice job, but leave ample amount of time. I had an upcoming wedding that I was in and wanted to get my nails done. I made an appointment and arrived to get a gen manicure and a pedicure. My appointment was at 6:30 and I was waited on right away. They started with my pedicure. The lady that was doing my pedicure was new to this position. It took her over 2 hours to complete a regular pedicure. She also was very rough on my cuticles. I then started my manicure. I had a different lady do my manicure. She was experienced, but had no customer service skills. She picked up her phone several times to take a call. By the time I was finished with my gel manicure it was past 9:30. Although I kept a positive attitude and tried to enjoy they length of time it took, overall it took too long. It was also over $70, which for that much money I expect a certain level of service. Once I left the salon, I noticed that my toe nails looked horrible (filed wrong, paint uneven), but I really didn't want to go back. The next morning my "gel" manicure had already started chipping off. Since I was in a wedding and would be in the pictures, I went back to the salon that morning and asked them to fix it. The person that fixed my toe nails ended up having to redo everything. She even asked, "who did this? They did a horrible job." The same lady fixed my finger nails and was not happy about it. All in all, I spent over 4 hours at this salon and was not overly impressed with their customer service and quality of work. For the cost, there are other salons that offer a better service. I would not recommenced this salon for those with little patience or a tight time schedule. read more

Dangit. I thought I'd found my new salon but after the 4 attempt to get my nails done I've officially given up. This place gets packed on Saturdays which is to be expected. The last time I was there on a weekend I was told a 20 minute wait and after about 50 minutes I had to leave for another appointment. My office is right by the salon and I just walked back from my final attempt on a weekday to get in. Each time I've gone in at various times - mid morning, mid afternoon, lunch hour, etc., and each time there have been about 1-3 customers and about 3-4 visible staff in the back. So, not busy at all. I've been told the wait would be 30-45 minutes each time. Yes, I know I should just make an appointment, but a good salon (to me anyway) staffs for walk ins. My nails usually look great when I'm done, but a couple of times they've been a bit questionable and it always takes at least at hour for any service. Given all of that, I'm not really willing to make any more effort. You win, Glamour Nails, you win. read more

My friend and I were told to swap seats FOUR TIMES while one guy (the manager) switched between us. Then, he moved us to a different set of chairs, where he switched between my friend and another client between coats. For me, another male employee switched between me and another client between coats as well. No one smiled at all, he was short and rude and I left more stressed than when I arrived. Today I grabbed a service menu off the front desk and looked at what services they offer. I noticed they advertised on there that they offer eyebrow waxing so, I wanted to get my brows waxed. I was told that they don't offer eyebrow waxing and I'm like, "well if you don't offer it, why do you advertise a service you don't offer?" I wasn't completely sure, but as he moved on to new customers he always reached into the used took drawer of anyone's desk and started working. He never opened a fresh package. I asked for a reverse French mani and the lines are so shakey everyone thinks I did it myself. The women employees seemed to grab new metal tools, but they all use old unsanitized files. Try and find a bottle of barbisol sanitizer. I know I'm not alone because I found a pamphlet someone wrote on there they underlined "clean and sanitary" and wrote "NO".
