My pedicure left soooo much dead skin on my toe nails and around my feet. I wanted a light pink to match my nails as best as possible but the way they did my toes made the cuticles and toes look crusty and dirty. UPDATE: I really wanted this place to work out! It was so close to where I live and just so convenient that it was excited the first time I went there, however my nails started peeling within the third day! I've since gone back four times and tried a new person each time hoping that I would find THE ONE that does a great job. No luck! And those four times I've had four not so good experiences. One time they were so rushed that the lady was hurting my hands and I had to tell her to please slow down since she was wrecking my cuticles. Another time I left and later noticed that there were still polish from my previous nail color cooked into my current nail color. Today was the last straw! I went in I simply needed to get my gel polish removed since I go in for surgery and can't have any polish on my nails when I do so. I told him that I needed it to look nice so I can show my nails at work that weekend. The nail technician seemed annoyed at the fact that I had to keep pointing out where he was missing and leaving gel polish behind. He even said at one point " so you don't want any polish at all? You want it smooth?" Why would he even need to ask that? Why would I want to leave chunks of polish behind?! To top it off when he "fixed" the spots he left behind he filed the top of my nail down to nothing!! I actually told him it hurt! When I got home I noticed there's now a pink section of my nail where he filed it down almost to the skin! Now when they grow out it will flake and break! How messed up is that?!( see my pinky in the picture) I'm so sad to say but I will never go back there again. Yes it's clean, nice environment, and they welcome you when you enter, but the quality of nails and the quality of treatment that they give you while doing your nails is just terrible! Four times no luck! I hope they have a talk with their staff because I would love to come to this convenient location. ---------------- What a wonderful place! This is my first time here and I purposely came here because of all the reviews that it has on here. Some of the reviews or even from clients that have been coming here for 10 years! As I walked into the salon I was welcomed by friendly faces. The tools were very clean, the massage chair was awesome, and my nails turned out great. I've been getting acrylic/gel nails for 20+ years. Went there a week and a half ago for the first time and paid $125 for a pedicure and full set. I felt like the pedicure was good but a bit pricey (Anna), but I had to plead to get my (acrylic) nails even remotely close the way I like them and they still weren't quite right (I don't know his name). They were way too long and too thick. Imagine that, one of them broke after about a week because they were too long for my lifestyle. Almost like I know what I like and can deal with because they're my hands. On top of that they were already lifting (my previous 2 salons would last over 4 weeks without even beginning to lift ). I went back to have them shortened, change the color, and have the nail that broke fixed to try to give them another chance at making it right. Once again, I'm having to negotiate to get what I want for a service I'm paying for. Instead of the color I agreed to, I'm getting basically a whole new set with a different color and being told it's better, because apparently I don't know what I like or want. I was charged $50 for that. Apparently I'll be driving all the way back to where I used to live to get my nails done. At least I'll get what I'm asking for at a reasonable cost. If you're going to charge luxury prices, your services and quality of work should be reflective of that.. I basically got an early 2000s nail salon experience with 2020s+ pricing. Hard pass. Sorry Anna, if you did acrylics I may have stayed a loyal customer. read more

I went here because I needed my nails done for an event the next day and the normal salon I go to couldn't take me. There weren't that many people in the salon when I went. The employees wore masks but other customers didn't. $48 for a basic mani-pedi. My nails started chipping the day of the event which I wasn't pleased about since I had paid $48 for a mani-pedi. Whenever I get my nails done, I don't see them grow out right away so I was surprised it started happening when I went to this salon. I think the nail polish was a cheap polish which is probably why they started growing faster than I expected. read more

It takes a lot for me to get angry, but I am nothing short of livid after leaving here. Owners charged me DOUBLE what they advertised price was AND what other people who were there while I was paid for the same services. Once I was done, I presented my card for payment and the wife of the owner thought for a second and hesitated then told me, "umm it's 30 for your manicure and 40 for your pedicure." A lady who left before me and got her nails and toes painted (just as I did) was only charged $35 for a spa mani and pedi, as advertised. I gave the wife of the owner a hesitant look and said, okay, I guess, seems way higher than it should be. She proceeded to charge my card $70 and after the owner said something, she tried to give me $5 back after she knew I could tell I was being completely ripped off. After the obvious confusion on their OWN pricing, I refused the $5...they obviously needed it more than I did. Completely unprofessional. I will not be back to these scam-artists. read more

I have been here a couple times before. The atmosphere is very relaxing and what makes me come back is that there are no overpowering awful chemical smell that you normally smell in nail salons. They give great and long massages for your pedicure and that's the most important part for me. I felt very pampered and relaxed and have pretty toes :) They use great products like Orly and OPI, so my polish last for a whole month w/o chipping. I highly recommend this place.
