The massage on my feet and legs was really nice!! the vibe is relaxing, although they had the same playlist of music going, which wasn't necessarily my favorite. The salon was clean and the staff was very nice, but the technical execution didn't last. A professional manicure shouldn't chip within 48 hours. My nails looked beautiful right after I got them done. I got both a manicure and pedicure, and very reasonably priced, however, by the second day the nail polish on my fingernails was already chipping. I'm not sure what went wrong. I read that Essie may work better for some. I seem to have better luck with that brand. Anyhow, that's a big bummer. I wasn't overly brutal on my nails I either since I had a few days off. I used to go here to get my nails done. The price was right in the beginning now every time I went, they would jump up the prices and I was told that if they tell you, the price is $45 great I would give them either five to $10 tip then I found out that they were adding their tip to their prices so if you're bill $45. It wouldn't end up being $80 plus an add-on tip to that would jump up to $85-$90. The people there are really friendly and great but I would not recommend Brandipaul nail salon to any of my friends and family. read more

Let's be clear, i returned at exactly two weeks and the problem occurred within that week. When I returned yesterday I was told it could have been the color choice to cause the lifting so I asked for a different color. No, no " fix" was offered. Also wondering how do you "fix" lifting? I simply just paid the price I was told. I come 3.5 to 4 weeks for the same service and completely unaware some other shortcut or "fix". .I suggest make clear of your offer to "fix" and explain the process. read more

I asked for short/medium almond shaped French tip and well, wtf... I just moved up here and saw the good reviews and was totally distraught about how my nails looked after this experience. Came here with a friend for pedicures and manicures, we made an appointment 4 days ago. Our pedicures were fantastic but there were issues with both of our manicures. 8 of my 10 fingers have cuts at my cuticles. She was extremely rough and careless. My friend did a dip manicure and asked for red tips. The lady did the base and then told her that she wouldn't have time to do the tips because her next appointment was there. We were sure we heard wrong so when we asked "so someone else will finish the tips?" She said "no sorry, I don't have time". We looked at each other completely confused. So my friend left with nude nails and was still expected (and did) pay full price. I'm completely baffled that they actually let her leave with unfinished nails Safe to say we will not be back read more

This place was so fabulous a few years ago. 4 of my friends stopped going to this salon in the last year because they said they were rushed, received very short massages during pedicure and they haven't had new nail polish selections for 2 years. I really like Kayla and Ivy so I kept going. Today I had a poor experience and I will not be back. The guy who did my pedicure was very rude and was upset I asked him to fix the bad job he did. I left before top coat- why pay for a service to be treated poorly. I'm disappointed because I really like going locally and giving them business. The last few times my pedicures have just been ok. They used to be GREAT. I understand why my friends stopped having pedicures there :( read more

I've gotten 2 gel polishes from this place and they have both been incredibly disappointing. The salon itself if clean and nice, so no complaints there. But both times I've gotten my nails done here, my gel has pulled up from my nails within 2 days of getting the manicure, the gel itself looks lumpy, and I can see the stroke lines on my nails. I have been going to BrandiePaul Nails for a little over three years now. I used to love them! It was my go to place. However, my main girl left (I was told she went back to school) but decided to stick around because I was comfortable and loved the nails they gave me. Except the last year or so, I have been getting the same lady (I don't remember her name) and in my personal opinion, she can do the bare minimum. Just as an example, I had a Christmas party to go to in December 2022, and I wanted snowflakes. Instead of just painting it on - she gave me stickers. I'm an adult and she gave me stickers. And when the stickers didn't stick on my mail and I asked her to remove them, she then proceeded to offer me to paint them on but on one hand only. I told her no, just to remove the stickers and I'll go with just the color since it became a hassle - except she only removed one sticker off one of my hands expecting me to just have a stickers on one of my hands until I re-alliterated that I was meaning both hands. That was just my last straw. So I went from loving them to now I don't want to go back. read more

The listing says walk ins are welcome, but I went in to get my nails done and despite there being only 2 customers in chairs, I was told it would be 5 hours till there was availability. This is the best nail salon I've ever been to. The first time I've been here and I'll be back. The salon is clean and airy with soothing music. It has more of a spa feel to it that a lot of other salons in the area. The women who did my nails (pedicure & manicure with gel polish) were both so professional and so nice. They spent so much time with details, and they were extremely gentle. I was never uncomfortable. The salon also had a lot of options for different services, and so many beautiful colors to choose from. My fingers and toes haven't looked this good in years. I will be definitely be back.
