First of all, they were cheaper than another well known chain repair place (who shall remain anonymous), and because my schedule is so busy they came to my job and picked up my car, changed the windshield within an hour and then dropped it back off...with no extra charge! Excellent family-run local business. I'll definitely come back again if I need a replacement windshield. I got a quote over the phone and their price is way better than that of Safelite. Came over the following day around 3:30 PM and I was out the door with a new windshield in just a little over an hour. The price I paid was the exact price quoted - no nickel-and-diming - for the extra work they had to do to remove the old (previously replaced) windshield.
