Later we found out from Subaru it was an aftermarket windshield because we had issues with it. After a few days went by, it started to rain, and the dash started acting crazy which all derived from the installation from the windshield installed by AmeriPro. Dwayne, the manager, was not caring to address the issue. The installation and calibration was off because of an aftermarket product. Dwayne, refused to fix this issue, so my husband and I contacted Brad owner/ boss of Dwayne the manager. Brad told my husband that if he would take down the reviews, he would pay him $100. AFTER Brad called my husband's insurance on a threeway and tells our insurance the it was a"Failure Installation" by AmeriPro, our insurance approved the OEM to be put in. Brad said there are other customers scheduled and for us to wait until wednesday next week to replace our windshield. We then felt that there was no urgency whatsoever to prioritize our windshield replacement which was a"Failure Installation ". Brad put $30 worth of gas to our car whereas our drive from Georgia to Ameripro Glass Jacksonville back and forth cost us $183.63 . We are very disappointed so we decided to go with another company that is professional to put in the windshield. *The Better Business Bureau said we should not do that because companies like AmeriPro try to pay for good reviews and pay consumers to take down their reviews. *Also, take note that the positive reviews on their reviews are from workers and friends of the company to get higher reviews.* I'm just sharing the Horrible experience with AmeriPro Glass in Jacksonville, Florida

I wanted the Mopar OEM glass for my Jeep, as it had a large crack going across and was only getting worse with the cold weather we had in January. I was in the Jacksonville area for work, as I live in Cape Canaveral, and knew I would be away for a month, traveling the state of Florida and wanted my windshield replaced, as I was covering a lot of ground and was going to be on highways and in the middle of no where. I also didn't want to go thru my insurance, as they coded me wrong for a chip in my windshield prior, and my premium went up $500, as it showed that I was in an accident. I learned the hard way, financially, to just pay out of pocket. He quoted me $650 for the glass and the recalibration, with the OEM glass. He wasn't able to recalibrate it the first time, as he installed it in the sun and the sensors were off and whatever else he said. He then had his recalibration expert come out to me a few days later, and he wasn't able to do it, after 2 tries. The recalibration expert proceeded to tell me that I had an off market brand glass and not the Mopar OEM glass. I tried to call Matt to get this all straightened out, as I paid him using Zelle, and he was MIA. Come to find out that he had a phychotic breakdown and thought people with trench coats were in his house trying to attack him and he was shooting at them (for real! The police went to his house and he may have been Baker Acted. Not sure.). A few weeks later, while I already left Jacksonville and was in Lake City, 90 miles away from Jacksonville, I offered to meet him halfway in Macclenny to replace it. He said "no". Just like that. I then proceeded to tell him that I was heading to Gainesville and that I can meet him halfway in Starke and, again, he said "No". I asked him how far he is willing to travel and his exact words were "Not too far!". He then asked when I would be in Jacksonville again, and I said not for several months. He then said that he had to go and "We will work something out" and hung up on me. Now, I am left without the OEM glass I paid for and without my Jeep being recalibrated. And I have to call into Zelle to get my money back, which I'm sure I won't. Stay away from this company! Unless you want to deal with some flaky, phychotic person, that doesn't give you what you paid for. And ghosts on you and won't bother meeting you halfway. I was not about to spend my day driving hours for an issue HE created!
