Had to have windshield replaced, contacted local insurance contact at State Farm and they opened the claim and had Glass America reach out to me, within an hour. Glass America got some basic info and said they'd be out the next day. The person I spoke with at Glass America was very professional. I received an email confirming the appointment for the next day, I received a second reminder email that night. The next morning I received a text from the technician letting me know the time frame he'd be arriving, his name and contact info. Michael arrived within the time frame, very professional, replaced the windshield in my garage in less than 45 mins. Wrote a check for the deductible, had a receipt in my email within mins.
