He was very friendly and professional. Discussed different ideas or options with me to make sure I would be getting exactly what I wanted and had thought of everything that goes along with what I was requesting. He said he would get back to me the next day with the estimate and he did, via phone call. I went with them and they installed 8 days later. 2 guys came for the installation. They called to advise they were running a couple minutes behind due to a wrong/missed turn but it was only a few minutes. They were in and out in no time, no mess left. The glass is perfect, no issues. Payment was 1/2 upfront and then 1/2 once installed.

They were challenged by some tricky window A/C units but they exceeded all expectations. The depth of the casement window units were a bit larger than the new, so we will have to touch up paint about a quarter inch around the opening, but really the woodwork is overdue a fresh coat of paint so no big deal at all. The crew cleaned up as they went and were very neat and orderly. I recommend Glasshoppers for the following reasons: 1. They did what they said they were going to do. 2. They showed up on time and were professional and pleasant. 3. They cleaned as they went. 4. The product and installation was quality. 5. The price for the 14 windows, including labor on the window a/c 's was significantly better than the guys who show up at your door offering a today only bargain. 6. We had a fiberglass shower insert removed and replaced that with tile and then my contractor had Wolf Glass install a nice glass door. Their service was spot on and done with zero issue. The glass door has done well and is a great improvement over the builder grade shower that came with the house. Wolf Glass also offers automotive windshields, on one visit I stopped in to see if a small crack in my windshield could be repaired since I wanted to stay local. The damage was the size of a quarter and I was told much to my surprise that its impossible to repair a windshield and that a total windshield replacement was the only option. I passed on that advice. Since then I had a repair done by another vendor. Shower improvements were done well. Windshield advice, well I went somewhere else.

They did a great job and the final product look fantastic and everything functions as it should. Today I brought a door in to get a pane of glass changed out. We called several other places, and Louisville Mirrors and glass got the job done.The door looks better than ever. The got it done the way we wanted, did it fast, and for far less than the "other guys". You're making a mistake if you don't call them for your glass or mirror needs. Parking is easy, right there on Main Street. Everyone we encountered was friendly, pleasant, and helpful.
