Most recently, Americas Window installed e-shield radiant heat deflector in my attic area. The upstairs in my home has always been 10 degrees or more warmer than the main level during the hot summer months in Louisville. I have to say that I was skeptical that the e-shield would have any significant effect but I wanted to try to correct the differential heat problem in my home. The e-shield has done an excellent job.....the temperature difference between upstairs and main level has consistently been +2 degrees during continuous 90+ degree days in Louisville!.....The differential temp is barely detectable! Americas Window has been excellent to work with and their warranties and customer service are second to none!

The windows came in quicker than expected and the install was very smooth. The communication from everyone at Windows Plus was wonderful, I never had to call and ask for an update or wonder when they were coming. The team completed the install of all 18 windows in less than two days. I had very old original windows and the team worked carefully to be sure the new windows were installed correctly. They kept me updated of the progress, answered all my questions and ensured I got what I wanted. I highly recommend Windows Plus and will be using them for any future window needs! Thank you!!

Bought 12 windows and 4 doors in September 2025. HORRIBLE experience from start to finish with one…read morelie and disaster after the next. The salesman Scott Moore promised installation in October/November which never happened. Then Andre promised December. That didn't happen either. Allie promised January installation. They came and worked two days and finished half and promised to come back Monday. They never showed up and never called. Finally they came back a MONTH later and finished in February 2025, FIVE MONTHS after we purchased. Chris, the installer, told me I would get an invoice but instead, Aaron had me sued ten days later. Aaron is a piece of work. Aaron yelled at me and when I asked to speak to his Supervisor, he said he didn't have one, yelled some more and hung up on me. No one ever answers the phone in the office. You have to leave message after message to get anyone to respond to you. We contacted our lawyer to answer their lawsuit. Basically they did such a LOUSY job that Aaron wanted to give us $250 to sign a non-disclosure agreement to forbid us to give reviews. WHAT? No way. The installers left debris everywhere and one window sill needed to be replaced and was not. Hopefully they come and fix that but this has been the WORST experience ever with a vendor. RUN AWAY from them please.

Immediately we found Carver as personalble, straight forward and a good communicator. The vibes were good and this was gonna work, was our take away. Especially when compared to other interactions/ quotes with other contractors. We timed it up to where we went on vacation the week they would start, and judging by the ring footage they were there from 7am to 11pm, if not later, each day.
