I went based solely on the price because I paid out-of-pocket and didn't opt to use insurance. The work took roughly about an hour and I drove from the Dixie all the way out to La Grange without a single wind complaint. Seems like they did a pretty good job and if the need arose I would definitely go back again. There was a bit of a snafu--I scheduled to come but their delivery person never brought the glass to be installed. Luckily, there were two ladies at the front desk and one went and picked it up. Probably worked out in my favor because the one scheduled to come wasn't the correct one as I didn't mention my car has lane keep assist. This would've been a five-star experience if my new windshield would've been waiting for me. Oh well, accidents happen, and the front desk was very polite about the accident. While I was there two people did come in needing things corrected on their cars so it looks like sometimes things happen during install.
