I spoke with this representative regarding my windshield replacement, and the interaction was extremely unprofessional. Rather than listening to my concerns, he repeatedly tried to push his quoted price after I explained that I had found a better one elsewhere. He mocked me, was dismissive, and spoke to me in a disrespectful and condescending manner. It seemed like he wasn't interested in understanding what I was saying or helping resolve the situation. STAND UP COMPANY I had my windshield shattered by a rock and was referred by my go-to auto body shop to Ken at Glass King. I gave Ken a call and he gave me a quote over the phone that was cheaper than the online quotes I was getting from the common mobile companies and big names. He also knew exactly what he was talking about as he asked me some questions about my car to ensure he got the right version of windshield (mine has water sensors for automatic wipers). Great experience with Ken at Glass King Auto glass. Called and he ordered my new windshield and told me when it would be in and ready to be installed. Showed up to my appointment and he and his crew took me right in and had a very large Mercedes sprinter windshield installed within an hour. Ken is absolutely fantastic! He took the time to give me some options on a broken passenger side Expedition truck. If any of you own this you know they tend to break. He also fixed my moon roof at no cost. Every bit of business that I ever get for windows will be going to this guy. He also is extremely knowledgable which is a definite when dealing with issues like this. Called on Monday to get a quote. Left a voicemail and received a callback 15 minutes later from Ken. He asked me to text him my VIN number and said he would call me back on Tuesday. Tuesday came and went with no call. I called him back today and reminded him that I sent him a text on Monday with my VIN number. He stated that he would look for my text and call back. When I called he seemed nice enough. Talked about his 31 years experience & that he was priced less than anyone else. Well, that is where the saga begins....he gave me a price over the phone & it was in fact a good price. For the next 5 days I texted him 3 times & called him 7 times (the last 3 calls he just hit the ignore button). I was attempting to set up the appointment. I left multiple voice mails & am still waiting on his return text or call. I have an immediate need but he is providing zero customer service. So, I would be extremely hesitant to use him now if this is an indication of how he operates....not even the common courtesy to return either a text or a voice mail. My son needed to get the windshield fixed on his car so he called Glass King and received a quote. Later that day he took the car up there to have it repaired. He said that it was actually $10 cheaper than the quote and that you couldn't find a nicer guy anywhere. While I have not used their services personally, one of my clients was shocked at how fast they replaced her car windshield (the same day) and she feels that the quality of the windshield was actually better than the original one. In the past, she has always been upset when she's had windshields replaced, noting that they were never as good. I know the owner Ken personally.
