I love this place. Nick came to my work and replaced my passenger side front window due to a BB gun misfortune, within 1/2 an hour. Now that's fast. Safelite was cheaper for the same window. For windshields I recommend not following Yelp blindly. Yelp is usually very spot on... after the repair... looks the same way as it did before. I have never in my life experienced a windshield repair that appears as if nothing was fixed. Contacted company and was told that it's supposed to look like that. Technician would not wait for me to call my insurance company when he arrived at my house to do the repair. My insurance company advised me to check on the warranty and guarantee that the company offers and the guy working on my window assured me that no problem they have a guarantee. I have a convertible. One beautiful day I put the top down. The passenger side doors electric motor continued to run after the window rolled all the way down. It wouldn't stop. I called around. I spoke with several places. One extremely rude, sarcastic and terribly obnoxious lady at BLAZEK. Then, I remembered Glass Monkey. The company I work for uses them exclusively. I called and explained my emergency. They were happy to help and got me right in. I was told I needed a window regulator by another shop, So I bought one and brought it in for my appointment. After they looked at it, they found the problem was much simpler than that. The part was not needed.
