One of the windows cracked the next day and there was no issue for STG to come back to reinstall a replacement window pane for the cracked window. We selected the bronze finish and it looks wonderful as part of the style of the house. We also did a picture window for the middle window of a set of one of the bay windows. We tried another well known window installer but they were more expensive and they did not offer the bronze finish. The windows are functioning very well.

Instead, I was greeted warmly, and the owner took a moment to go through my diagram with me and make sure that was what I needed. He told me it would be no problem, and in 15 minutes I had my glass, complete with chamfered edges to make it easier to load onto and off of my printer. He charged me an extremely fair price, and told me to come back if I needed it polished or ground down any more. I am extremely satisfied and grateful for this excellent service.

The glass door is misaligned with the track and repeatedly slips out, causing it to hit the opposite glass border. This has been an ongoing issue for nearly a year despite multiple service requests. Repairs and inspections have been slow, often taking weeks to schedule, and callbacks have been difficult to obtain. When I do reach someone, I'm told additional charges may apply for repairs, which I was not expecting based on my understanding of the warranty. The warranty language does not clearly reflect the exclusion that was communicated to me. Customer service has also been inconsistent and at times unhelpful. At this point, the issue remains unresolved. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company for glass installation work.
