Installer insisted that NO storm door opens to 90 degrees. They insisted that it was industry standard and that there was nothing they could do. The owner had to be called and that was an even worse experience. I could barely finish my sentence before I was met with a lot of aggression.......Long story short, it was the wind chain preventing the door from opening properly and I was able to identify and fix the issue myself. Funny how a non-professional was able to identify and fix an issue that, according to them, had no fix. And it was something simple. Imagine if there were really a defect. Industry professionals they are not! Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. P.S. the quality is no better than anything you can get at Lowes or Home Depot so don't fall for the quality speech. The doors that was removed had the original locks on them never replaced in 20 years. Now in less than a year I can't lock the bottom lock or unlock, that's a big problem. I will not give them another dime, I feel I was over charged. The owner told me they came back 10 times which is a lie.
