Along with the new radio head, they installed a remote start and alarm in my vehicle. I absolutely LOVE my new stereo. It's awesome!!!! It has a navigation system, ability to play DVD's (which is awesome when having to wait in the line for over an hour to pick up our son from school... it entertains our toddler), Sirius radio, Bluetooth that picks up my phone automatically starts to play music from my phone. Oh, and I have a remote control that goes to it! How cool is that, right?!?! On to my alarm... I have a key fob that lets me know when my doors are secure or not. I absolutely love the fact that I have an alarm now especially after never having one. I can't forget about my remote start!! Thank goodness for this invention!!! Everyone in Texas knows how hot is gets in the summer! Being able to start my car for 15 minutes from my key fob for it to cool off before getting in is awesome! It's going to be awesome being able to heat the car during the winter time as well. I could go on and on about every detail and what I love about the work that was done to my car but I'm not. Just know Joel and his team are very professional and knowledgeable at their expertise. This shop has something a lot of shops don't and that's integrity! They will not try to overcharge or take advantage of their customers and I love that! They definitely aim to please each and every one of their customers. I've gone to the shop a few times for various things and each and every time I've gone, EVERYONE I've come into contact with has been sooooo nice, making me feel so comfortable... almost like a felling of being part of their family. I would totally recommend anyone take their vehicle here to get their stereo system, tint, alarms (and they also install those breath things for people with dui's) done. I'm leaving this review so other people don't make the same mistake I did…read more I posted my original review in my neighborhood Facebook group with over 3,100 residents and I have already found multiple neighbors dealing with the same nightmare from this shop. That alone should tell you everything. I came here because I was told they could deliver the sound system I wanted. Instead, I paid $3,300 and ended up with a system that was installed incorrectly, misdiagnosed repeatedly, dragged out for nearly a month, and now I'm being told I need to pay even more money to fix problems they created. My car was at their shop for 3 days, and even after that, I had to return my vehicle multiple times because the issues were never actually fixed. The biggest issue is they never properly diagnosed my vehicle before selling me parts and starting the install. There was no clear estimate, no professional diagnostic process, and no transparency. They just started selling parts and guessing, and that guessing cost me thousands. Here's what went wrong. They ordered and installed the wrong speakers. They installed expensive speakers but did not properly power them. I came in wanting a new amplifier, and instead they pushed me into a head unit I did not want. The head unit they installed underpowers my speakers because it only powers 4 speakers. My subwoofer now overpowers the entire system, so the balance is completely wrong. I was told false information, including being told my tailgate speakers were "blown," when the real issue was how the system was wired. I later found out the speakers were wired directly to the head unit, which is something I had to research myself after trusting the professionals. I now have fewer speakers and tweeters than I originally had. After all of this, my tailgate lights are now not working, so now I'm dealing with audio issues and electrical issues after spending $3,300. Instead of owning the mistakes and fixing them, I'm being sent another quote and told to spend more money. I have all conversations recorded and all texts saved. Next week, my vehicle is being diagnosed by another shop so everything can be professionally inspected and documented. I'm also meeting up with my neighbors who have dealt with the same situation. We are going over their stories and proof as well to build my case even further. Once I have all the documentation and information needed, this will be taken through the legal system and handled accordingly. Sad that I even have to take it this far, but I'm not letting this happen to me or anyone else without accountability. If you're considering coming here, don't. If your vehicle needs diagnosing, expect them to start selling you parts first and "figure it out" as they go. And when it's wrong, you'll be the one paying for it. One of the worst service experiences I've ever had, especially for a $3,300 job.

The paint job didn't match whatsoever, very blotchy and overspray all over the place. Paint started to chip off 3 weeks after they had repainted the front bumper. The rear bumper wasn't even installed correctly. The passenger door doesn't even open right it has a gap so bad you can put a dime in between. You have to push it hard in order for it to open. I was gonna hire an attorney and sue them, but they're not worth my time. Alvaro the owner is a piece of shit. He told me that if I wanted tongo to court let's do it. I told him that i wanted him to pay for the repairs that were gonna have to be done at another shop(because his shop sucked) and he said he'd rather spend $5,000 hiring an attorney than to have to pay $2,000+- to make it right. If I can save one person the heartache, I'm happy.
