I found Auto Glass Guys after a quick Google search. Our Ford had a crack that spread the entire length of the windshield, as well as a couple of chips, so the entire thing was replaced. We also had a couple chips in the windshield of our Malibu that were repaired. I contacted this company via text (I should have just called) and it took a couple of days to officially get scheduled, after some back and forth messages. Once the tech arrived, he made quick work of replacing the windshield on the Ford. After 2 hours, we was finished with both vehicles and it only cost $1040. When my window was shot out by a BB gun (fortunately I was not in the car at the time,) my insurance said it would have to come out of the deductible, and quoted me a price and a timeline of a week out. Someone shot out two of my car windows. The Autoglass Guys' bid was about half the national chain's bid. They appeared at my office as scheduled to replace the glass. They had to get one of the panes from a junkyard, where Austin climbed a stack of cars and braved a beehive to remove the quarterpanel from another car. My truck side window was vandalized by thieves, so I needed immediate replacement. I also needed a new windshield since it was original rquipment and badly cracked over the years. I did not want to use a national chain because they have long-lead times and are expensive. I had no experience with these folks but they came highly rate d in the web. I was suspicious of the straight 5 star reviews but decided to call anyway. They did not dissappoint! They answered the phone on the first call, arrived within 2 hrs with replacement glass to my house and temporarily replaced the side window so I could drive the truck, because the thieves damaged the window regulator which had to be ordered so they were out the next day to to replace it and then the windshield. Super nice guys who explained things and communicated well. Quality of the work was excellent. The cost for both windows was hundreds below other providers!
