I was amazed with how fast, inexpensive, and thorough these guys were! They called to let me know they were 20 minutes away. I took my other car to the grocery store to get a couple things, thinking I'd be back when they got there. As I was about to check out, they called to say they were finished. I couldn't believe how fast it was. I raced home because I didn't want to make the payment over the phone since I was skeptical that maybe the job was rushed and not thorough. When I got home, I inspected it and it was perfectly placed, clean, and good quality glass with the shade strip on top like I hoped. The young Asian guy processed my payment. These guys are very professional. Lowest quote around and they stuck to that quote to the very end with a warranty. I had a local company want to charge me $799 because I have a rain sensor on my windshield another that quoted $399 both claiming that the windshield needs the mount for the rain sensor totally not true. Rhino Auto Glass did a little extra work to get the sensor off and back on to the new window without a new mount. That alone tells you that their work is genuine and top notch. My cost was $250 in total. They showed up on time actually before the 2 hour window for my appointment even started once they were here they gave a time estimate of how long it would take to replace my windshield and they finished before that time. At that point I had been in touch with All Star, Safelite and other well known local glass repair options and was was daunted by surprisingly high quotes and long wait times (not to mention hefty additional fees for mobile repair, which was essentially required by my schedule.) After years of working for a BMW/Mercedes/Volvo auto-wrecker I immediately knew that they were gouging me. Marcus responded almost instantly, gave me a reasonable quote and was available the next day. They were communicative, fast and even more thorough than I could have hoped for at the price I paid. First price - you cannot beat Marcus on price, I called 4 retailers and he beat them all by more than $10. 5 stars. Second, quality of work - Marcus has been doing this for more than 5 years first at Safelite (where he readily tells you that they take advantage of ppl) and I found his customer service and quality of work to be outstanding. He came to my house at the appointed time, cleaned up and finished in an hour - 5 stars. Finally warranty - Marcus gave me a written warranty for his work and although his business in WA in relatively new I trust he'll stand by it. 4 stars (since it's a new business). Marc was able to make a same-day appointment with me to fix my window regulator, and did a good job of it. He also cleaned off all the duct tape that was holding my window up, which was a nice extra service. It's great to finally be able to pay toll like a normal person again! Unfortunately a part of the lock button broke while he was installing the regulator (you know, the button in the door that goes up and down when you unlock or lock the car!). He very kindly obtained the new part and was all ready to come install it again for me--but then I moved to California! However, Marcus will go above and beyond, and said than next time he's in NorCal visiting family he will come install it for me. I am very grateful for that offer. I can't possible say enough good things about the professionalism and high level of service I received from Rhino. After a horrible experience with Safelite that left me waiting & having to deal with a broken drivers side window that wouldn't stay up for over a month, I was fortunate to bump into these guys when they were fixing my neighbors windshield. I asked them if they could fix my problem, they said yup, gave me their card, and said to text them later. I texted them that night, Marcus responded promptly with a quote (more competitive pricing than Safelite as well) and said they could come out on Friday (it was Wednesday night) to fix it. Friday he called me to let me know the parts supplier had made a mistake with the part and they wouldn't be able to get it until it arrived the next morning, Saturday. I said no worries, are you able to do it on Saturday? He said yes, but it would need to be the afternoon for their schedule. I couldn't do afternoon and was fine to schedule another day, but Marcus asked when I would need it to be on Saturday. I said before noon, and he said "We'll make it happen." They rolled up at 9AM with positive attitudes, got the job done in 15 minutes, and were friendly and professional the entire way. This is the level of service you're just not gonna get from a big company, sorry to keep dragging Safelite but their customer service was awful and they clearly did not care they had made a mistake and I would have to wait an additional month for an appointment for them to make it right. After calling about 6 other glass repair shops for a window, I called Rhino who gave me the best price. They offered to repair my window for less than half of what other businesses in the area were quoting me. I love the convenience of having someone come out to my home to repair my vehicle, because driving without a window during the winter is no fun.The technician Lorenzo who came out to do the repair job was very patient and kind.
