This is the best dental office. I've been coming here for years. It's all women, and everyone is so nice. But most important, they're extremely competent. The crowns I've gotten are SO good, I forget which teeth are crowns bc they match my teeth so well. And Gen, the dental hygienist is the best! Very efficient but gentle. This is not a place that oversells you on treatment you don't need. You can feel safe and comfortably coming here knowing you're in good hands. Gabby made booking an appointment a nightmare! Appointments would get canceled by the office because Dr. Darbi was either out or on maternity leave, which is fine but Gabby would not provide rescheduled dates due to no openings! She would tell me she would call when there was a cancelation or an opening yet, 2yrs later and no call! I would call send emails to get a cleaning scheduled and getting a call back or email reply, never happened. It even got to the point where my husband called Dr. Darbi to see if she could assist in scheduling my appointment. Unfortunately we do not think she knows that Gabby never returned our calls or emails. Dr. Darbi was always friendly and kind and courteous. Jen and Erika will be greatly missed as their work was always top notch. My family and I loved Glassell Dental until the office experience went downhill. We hope that this level of care doesn't happen or is happening to anyone else. read more

Updated review. This place filled so many cavities and another dental office said it was unnecessary. They told me my daughter needed 5 cavities filled, took her somewhere else for a 2nd opinion and they said she didn't need any. The front office lady is the rudest B word I've ever had to deal with. My teeth are a complete mess. I have decay, gum issues, calcification and crowns completely dufferent colors. I was with my last dentist over 5 years, but they were making it worse. I was a new patient back in July of last year. I had a cleaning and some dental work done that was covered by my insurance. I also paid out of pocket $1000 for a crown that was not covered by my insurance. I had a really positive experience with all of the staff and I was looking forward to finding a dental office that I loved. I had referred my dad here and he told me that they told him they were no longer accept Medi-Cal. I needed a cleaning and decided to call to make an appointment and spoke with Gabby. She asked me if I had different insurance because they are no longer accept Medi-Cal. It is upsetting because they gave no warning. I thought that it may be just for new clients, but not their current clients. If this was going to be the case, they should have let their current clients know in advance to find a different dental office. read more

Dr. Darabi is the sweetest most honest dentist. She is all about preventative care and doesn't want to upsell you on unnecessary treatment which most dentist do. She is recommends, explains and let's you make the decision unlike other experience I had with several other dentist. I recently got a few filling done at her office and she showed me the work she was doing with pictures which was the 1st time a dentist ever did that for me.
