I agree with the comments and feedback on the admin staff with regard to their service level. My family of four have to travel quite a distance to this clinic; and yet, every time we are faced with this - very unhappy bunch of people- rude, arrogant and unhelpful. Every time I go there, it appeared to me that all of them at the front desk had a bad morning in their home prior to reporting to work! And they like to overcharge the fees. I usually have to call the insurance company a few times to talk to different people just to make sure my understanding about the coverage is correct on a procedure. It' just impossible. Even the senior staff have poor mannerism and attitude as well! It didn't happen once but a few times. I have to fight for an insurance coverage every time. And every time, I have to prove them wrong. So it's either they want to double dip or the staff are really not too well-trained on the insurance benefits. And yet, refusal to verify with the insurance company on the coverage. After verification with the insurance and charges gotten approved, they won't even apologize to admit they were wrong. Now, only my son goes to this clinic as his orthodontic clinic is just round the corner. It's just very frustrating !!! read more

Had a hygiene appointment with Maria, she was informative and efficient, it was a pleasant visit during my cleaning. She great! I also had a LANAP procedure with Dr Shebli and his assistant Ana the following day. Dr Shebli went through the procedure detailing each stage so I know what to expect. I had no pain during and post surgery. Ana went through the dos and donts and was very helpful. I recommend Affinity Dental to family and friends all the time. I had my four wisdom teeth extracted today by Dr. Chopra I was very nervous for the procedure considering I have never been put to sleep before but all that dental anxiety went away thanks to his amazing Assistance Damion , Anna, Yolanda and Mireya they we're extremely helpful and calming me down talking to me about the procedure thoroughly and answered all question I had ; Mireya was very gentle and kept asking me if I was OK and comfortable ,this team did wonders I would recommend this office to everyone 10/10 if I had to do it all over again, I would 100% choose this office ! Really disappointed in the bait and switch. Was told if I came in for an evaluation (even though I already had a diagnosis), that could be seen by the appropriate doctor the next day. Came in, did the appointment, then when I went to schedule with person, there was nothing available until the following week. I have a cracked crown and in pain. This feels very apathetic and immoral to just try and either bill my insurance for a visit or pray on feeling desperate and just take whatever they offered. read more

Affinity Dental Center was the best dental experience I have ever had. From checking Angelina gave me a tour of the place since it was my 1st time and even gave me a goody bag. If that wasn't enough Ashley was super gentle and thorough taking my x Ray's. After getting an exam by Dr. Le they determined I needed a few fillings and some crowns. I was scheduled later that same day and Dr.Gemma and Anna did an amazing job getting most all my work done. Absolute worst dentist ever. I had an emergency wisdom tooth removal scheduled for a broken wisdom tooth and have been in excruciating pain. They scheduled me for removal, and I had to wait a week in absolute pain and agony. Then, on the day of the appointment, they texted me to cancel and said they would have to reschedule me in two weeks. This is the most unprofessional place I've ever dealt with. I can't wait two more weeks. Their doctor told me my tooth was infected and needed to be removed immediately. What kind of dentist makes someone wait a week and then cancels on the day of the appointment? Unbelievable and completely unprofessional. read more

The first bad experience was the parking was very confusing but prior to that i had made an appointment asking that they verify that they accept my insurance before i confirmed the appointment. They stated they accepted my insurance. When i showed up to my appointment I was told they were oon with my insurance plan and so I filed a grievance with my dental plan since my insurance called them and told them they were in network. read more

Anna and Dr Mach assisted my son with a root canal that had to be treated in the adult side of the office instead of the children's side and they made him fell so safe a comfortable. He has characteristics of ADHD and they were gentle, quick and caring. Dr K and Emmanuel did his permanent filling to ensure the safety and construction of his adult tooth that could easily be damaged and lost forever. Affinity dental has great customer service and phone etiquette. I can't remember the receptionist that answered the phone and scheduled the appointment but they were patient and kind over the phone.
