I forgot the name of my pedicure but I picked a $67 one. I asked for a gel pedi (white color). First of all the dead cuticles around my toes weren't completely removed. From the chair I could still see dead skin. The pedicure itself was very soft, too soft for my taste. The white color is difficult to work with - I know, but this is such a popular choice there should already be an expectation. I had to ask for a third coat of the white cuz I could still see steaks and the shade of white wasn't opaque enough. Not sure if it's because he's a guy but they should be able to notice that. If I see it, they should see it. I see they have a lot of good reviews so I guess to each their own but I personally wouldn't come back again. Not the worst experience but not worth the drive for me or the money. I drove about 35mins because of the reviews so this was a miss for me. These beautiful eco friendly powder dip require no UV lights and take less time! They are no more expensive and feel slightly lighter thinner on. Joe is a true class act, always careful with the Covid precautions and gentle and patient with the customer. He was cordial, truly professional and a great technician. My pedicurist even redid an edge of my big toenail when I was a doofus and smudged an edge en route to the dryer. Now my feet are much, much smoother, my toenails are all cleaned up, and my toenails match Mom's Oldsmobile. (Hey, it's only fitting for Mother's Day weekend.) I'll definitely be back!

And I also had reservations about the prices at Annie's. I was looking for a full set of gel nails. Annie's suggested 2 options - a full liquid gel nail or powder gel nail. They described the liquid gel as more durable and a longer lasting solution if I intended to maintain the fake nails. This is where it got a little tricky for me to decide if I wanted to pay $90 for the full liquid gel nails or opt for the less expensive $50 gel nails. I went with the more expensive option and was not disappointed! The amount of care and detail that went into creating my new nails was something I had never experienced at a nail salon before. Although it took 1 1/2 hours to apply my nails, the time and money spent were well worth it! I've never had fake nails look so good and last so long! I just went back for my first "fill" and, again, the technician took the time to make sure the nails were perfect.
