But he soaked it off & used the nail drill and it took forever to remove the gel polish on my toes. Nail drill bit was not sharp, cuticle cutter was not sharp, very dull materials ... also zero ventilation in the salon. Rubbing hot stones on ankle bones (yes directly on the bone) is painful and he did exactly that. Thankfully it was a very short massage ... which was a blessing in this situation but I feel it should have been a longer massage for a $60 service. He also painted on my Cuticle line, so it looks messy with gel polish. And didn't clean up the polish left on my skin. And the big toe polish is MESSED UP you can see the brush strokes and its matte/smudged and this is gel polish Pros: pedicure clay mask w hot towels was nice

The first time I came to this salon, I loved my nails. When I came back for a fill two weeks later, the owner demanded that I get a new set of acrylic nails because my natural nail underneath grew and was visible. I refused to pay $65 for a full set plus $20 for removal so I went to a different salon for a fill. When I was finally ready for a new set, I went back to the same technician and she disregarded my request to have thin, natural acrylic, created a mismatched shape and the nail polish was so old that it looked nothing like book sample. I called the salon 5 minutes after I left and asked for it to be redone. My nails looked horrible in natural light. The owner tried bullying me again and blamed me for being picky then said I could never come back to the salon. The whole experience was rather traumatizing and I spent $85. Ladies, there are better salons. The owner is quite stuck up and cruel. I will take my business elsewhere.

As soon as I got there I was greeted by the friendly staff and seated. I haven't gotten my nails done in almost 2 years and they look awesome! I have a toddler so the fact that my gel manicure has lasted over a couple days so far shows how great this place is! Great selection of colors and clean facility. Will totally be back!
