Even something so simple! It had little bubbles in the polish, my nails have sharp parts, and it seems that there weren't 2 coats applied because it quickly became matte in several spots. The worst part is the attitude I experienced. Not sure if it was meant to be directed at me but my nail tech didn't seem to want me there at all. At the end she even asked "do you want a massage or no?" when my nails were drying and it seemed like she just wanted me to say "no". I said yes please and she promptly put a 2 min timer in front of my face and gave a weak lackluster massage that said without saying "I'm done here". It seemed that a lot of regulars came in, and perhaps other technicians are friendlier and more detailed oriented, but unfortunately that was not my experience.

From the moment we walked in- 10 minutes early for our appts- they were kind, welcoming, and accommodating. I appreciate the extra time so I could select my nail color. The service was fantastic! for my dip manicure, I wanted some added length, so they started by applying tips and expertly shaping my nails while I was enjoying the pedicure. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere made me feel truly pampered. My nails turned out absolutely stunning, and to top it all off, my manicure lasted an entire month! I always get powder with extensions. They last about 3 weeks and start getting loose in that 2.5 - 3 week mark. I mention this for two reasons: 1. I'm pretty rough with my hands and activities and appreciate how resilient my nails are for the most part. 2. I wish they did last longer but most of the time 3ish weeks is the max I can go with this type of nail service bc they start breaking or popping off. My only reason for 4 stars is that at times my nails aren't even.. not noticeable to the average eye but I notice. I also wish the technical design capabilities were stronger. I felt like I had no other choice but to send the tip in front of her as she was watching my phone. Immediately cancelling the tip option on the credit card machine telling me I only had a few options to send the tip over. After that experience the first time I should've went somewhere else but out of convenience I continued to stay. Amanda however did an amazing job. Second time I go I have another tech who was newer which I have absolutely no problem with because everyone has to learn and start somewhere. Same occurrence with the tip starts again, but this time I said I was going to go get cash and give it to the girl, and the owner persisted I sent the tip through zelle or Venmo. A few days go by and the nails are breaking off. I reached out and the owner immediately got back to me and said she would fix the nail. Great, 3-4 weeks go by and I text to schedule another appointment. I show up for my appointment and not only was the owner the person that did my nails (which to someone that is in the cosmetology field I had confidence she knew what she was doing as she's trained her employees) but she completely and utterly botched my nails. I am not one to complain but when I tell her 3 different times I didn't like the design and nicely suggested to have one of the 3 other girls that were sitting there to do the design she confidently told me she could do it. We ended up completely changing the entire design of the nails from the original picture I showed her and after sitting there for over an hour she told me she needed to charge me for "cutting my nails down" which..... should be apart of the fill service.... Then she sarcastically said, "oh you finally like it" when a very basic star design could've been done better by my children. I kindly asked for a refund which the nails she did chipped 3 days later and she wanted me to come in and have someone else do it and at that rate I was all set with going there again. Lastly, the owner would call and text multiple times until you answered the phone which made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and kept pushing for me to do other services and once I explained I am a hairdresser and esthetician I do my own pedicure services and don't want to spend the money to get it done her demeanor completely changed once she realized I am in the same field and you don't need to upsell me to get a subpar service done. I'm sure there are plenty of nicer salons in the Bristol area you can go to within a reasonable price and not have to deal with this.

So excited for her as I know she'll be getting her nails done. I plan to be back l for a pedicure spa w their new baths they offer.
