I LOVE this place! I've been a dentist-phobe for much of my adult life thanks to some very negative experiences. I was referred to Gledhill by a coworker shortly after I moved to the area when I needed to fix a broken crown. I had no trouble getting an appointment very quickly, the front office staff were soooo empathetic and reassuring, and when I finally met Dr. Gledhill himself, I knew I'd found my new dentist. The appointment was completely pain free and with the technology they have, I had a new crown in less than 3 hours; forget waiting 2 weeks! I've since been going regularly as an Invisalign client as well as a regular patient and I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the practice. I've consistently been treated with respect, kindness, and most important to me, a sense of humor. I actually think I'm going to miss going there so frequently once my braces are no-longer needed. How many people can say THAT about a dentist? I have never felt more comfortable or at home or welcomed in a dentist office. Big thanks to Dr. Gledhill and all of his staff for creating a pleasant, friendly, low-key, stress-free environment in a place most people associate with trepidation and fear and anxiety. If you are afraid of dentists for whatever reason, I encourage you to give Gledhill Dental a try. I moved here from another state and I dread having to find health care providers. When a crown fell off, I had no choice. I went to a different dentist, who to me I needed to have another root canal done before they could reattach the crown. Only after sending me to an out of network specialist, who charged me $1200 up front, then did they inform me that they would have to redo the crown, and that it would take a week and another $900 upfront. I left without them doing the crown. I was referred to Gledhill Dental by a co-worker. Dr. Gledhill is fantastic. He was forth coming about everything that needed to happen to take care of that tooth and went over care options for the rest of my teeth. He does solid work that lasts. I love Gledhill Dental. Everyone is so nice and it's SO clean, which is really important to me. Annette usually cleans my teeth and she's the greatest! I have always worked really hard at my dental hygiene, so when I come here and get A++ reviews it makes me sooooooo happy! I love the dentist, especially Gledhill Dental and the team! Also, on another note, my boyfriend had a tooth emergency and they were able to see him that same day we called. He was in so much pain before going in and they really helped him out. He lives out of town, so they left him with all the options to fix his tooth once he got home. Christina did my cleaning and I didn't gasp in pain even once. This has never happened to me before, as I have alot of work to do in my mouth. Sheena is a God sent! She worked with my boys (5yrs and 2yrs) and they did amazing! My 5yr old cried when I told him he had to go to the dentist the night before. I just knew he was going to be a handful for the staff. I was really nervous for everybody. But! Sheena's positive energy just filled the room, and put ALL the nerves at ease. THEN! Made everything fun for them. I am and always have been a dentist -phobe. Not any more. Thanks to the great staff and doctors at Gledhill, I no longer fear going to the dentist. I am especially happy with Dr. Gledhill himself. Super nice, non-judgmental (which is why I have always hated dentists ), easygoing, good sense of humor, and really great chair -side manner. The front office staff are extra friendly and helpful. Dr. Gledhill and his staff are absolutely amazing! From the front desk, back into the patient chair, you will be comfortable. I've never met a more personable staff than at Dr. Gledhill's office. Christina helped with my cleaning the last time I was in, she's super easy to talk too and made the whole thing just fly by. Love how friendly and kind to my kids. They know me by name when I come in. Bobbi is the BEST Hygenist in town. Any request I make to keep consistency for my family or comfort is granted. Blankets, fidget toys, sensitive toothpaste in the take home bag. I was even given a parafin hand wax while I waited. I have been going to this practice for the past 23 years when it was just Dr. Chapados. I was sad to see Dr. C retire, but he couldn't have picked a better replacement than Dr. Gledhill. I love this place. I work such a demanding job they have been so flexible and easy to deal with no matter if it came to scheduling, billing, or anything.
