I went here twice, first time I went they said I had no cavities and everything looked good, they were kind. I expected that because I haven't had a cavity in years. The second time I went in they tried telling me I had 12. TWELVE. Different cavities or pre-cavities I had to have fixed. Never went back. It's been a couple years since this and I've been to 2 different dentists with 0 cavities. Watch out for the scams and if you are going here and questioning, get a second opinion. read more

For many years, I have received top tier routine dental care from View Point Dentistry. Dr. Suzy and staff are very attentive and effective in their respective roles. But routine dentistry is different than the need for immediate care, such as in a situation that I had recently. Over a weekend, I recognized that half of a tooth had calved off. Fortunate for me, it was not painful. Still, I called View Point early on the next Monday morning, and to my surprise, I was offered a noontime appointment THAT DAY! I was told that the tooth to possibly be repaired that day, depending on the situation. WOW! I was amazed. I showed up on time and was greeted by dental assistant Beth, who was very nice. In the exam room, she carefully examined the broken tooth, took some photos to show me, and then had Dr. Suzy join us, Cool as a cucumber., as it is said, Dr. Susie examined the tooth, came up with an action plan, and proceeded to implement it. After drilling and shaping the tooth, Beth then digitally scanned the tooth remnant and fed the information into what must be an in-house dental 3-D printer. About 20 minutes later the machine produced a crown perfectly tailored to fit on my tooth remnant. Susie and Beth then fitted the crown and glued it in place, at which point, I was free to go. No need for 1 or 2 return visits. I had walked in at noon and less than 2 hours later left with the tooth repaired and a new crown. Amazing! I was very pleased. The office is kind, however they will over charge you, incorrectly provide services not covered by insurance, and cost so much than pretty much any other dental provider in the tricities. They quoted me over 5k for the dental work, which I needed, however I left that office and got the same work done for 2k at aspen dental. It's a rip off here and I can not believe they promised everything to be covered by insurance just to go back and have to pay for everything they did. Go somewhere else! read more

I chose Viewpoint/Dr. Snow as she was listed as one of the areas top dentists and the practice is known for having the latest technology. Because of these things, I of course, expected costs to be higher than usual, but I was good with that because I figured I would at least be getting quality dental care/treatment. The first non-molar tooth Dr. Snow did a filling on was immediately sensitive to cold and painful when touched. This tooth ended up needing a root canal where the endodontist confirmed that it was not infected, but rather the root was pissed off and inflamed due to trauma. I figured it was probably just a fluke or freak coincidence given Dr. Snows reviews, so I waved it off as a freak thing. But then the second non molar tooth that Dr. Snow put a filling in, also was immediately painful and sensitive to cold after her filling. I waited a few weeks hoping it would go away until I eventually sought out an endodontist again. Endodontist again performed another root canal, which again showed no infection but rather just an angry inflammation caused by trauma to the tooth. Given that these two teeth immediately required root canals after she treated them (costing me just under $3,000), I asked Dr. Snows practice if they would consider discounting or writing off the cost of the treatment for those 2 teeth, given that whatever method they used clearly caused trauma to the tooth and resulted in unexpected, substantial, costs to me. While most dentists are willing to try & make it right when these sort of preventable complications occur as a result of the treatment they performed, this was far from the experience I had with Viewpoint/Dr. Snow. I have had more than my fair share of dental work in my life, but this is the first time I've ever needed a root canal immediately after a filling (let alone twice). I had a lot of respect for Dr. Snow and honestly expected that she would have handled the situation with more integrity, rather than pretending that these were both freak coincidences. Very disheartened by my experience with this practice. If you are looking for a dentist that is fair and cares for their patients I would recommend looking elsewhere. read more

When I go to their office it feels like home. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. I have a difficult mouth and Dr. Suzie is doing everything she can to save my teeth. There are many dentists in the Tri-Cities area. Pick another one. VERY BAD, EXPENSIVE EXPERIENCE. Dentists have become salespeople and Suzi is a good one. Crowns, root canals referrals, cleanings, X-rays.... She sells all of them and nickel and dimes you after the procedures are done. Very friendly staff but not worth the aggravation of too many trips to repair the damage. read more

I couldn't be more happy with Viewpoint! I came in because I had a broken wire retainer on my top two teeth and I needed my teeth cleaned before I could get it taken off by an orthodontist. They said why make two appointments! Let's just pop that off! They had the broken retainer off in 20 minutes and I am SO THANKFUL! I've gone to the same dentist all my life... but I think it's time to switch to the office that smiles when I walk through the door! Everyone is incredibly friendly at Viewpoint! Best Dentist Office in the Tri-Cities! I have had experiences with a variety of dental offices, both locally and out of state. The experience is completely different than any other dentist I have been to. They treat you like family from the moment you walk in the door. Dr. Suzy is the most gentle dentist I have ever experienced. Had to have a same day crown done and I never once felt the needle used for local anesthesia. Had a crown from another provider and it was much more involved and a couple of days off work/away from the office. The experience is night and day from everyone else I have been to as a dental patient. We've been seeing Dr. Higgins and Dr. Snow for 12 years and couldn't be happier! We first came to them with our then-3-year old who had chipped a tooth. We were SO impressed with how gently and quickly they fixed it - no tears! And then, crazy kid, we had to visit them again for another chipped tooth a year later. :) Same wonderful treatment, and our little one wasn't scared at all to go back. Both our kids (now teens) have had braces referrals from Dr. Higgins and Dr. Snow, but only after much thought and conservative opinion - we appreciated that they didn't just assume teen = braces. From cleanings (many!) to cavities (just a few), we trust the staff at Viewpoint with all our dental issues. They feel a lot more like family than medical staff, and that's what keeps us coming back. :) read more

I have had some work done at this place. Two months later I still didn't get any bills so I went to the office to inquire how much I owe. Finally I got a total amount that I owe which I paid in full. Two years later I got a bill from collections that I still owe $150. I never even got a call or a bill explaining what exactly that amount is for. I don't know what kind of business these people run but I would definitely never go there again. read more
