We only had 2 days to submit the application in order to have the policy take effect on day 1 of the following month. It seemed an insurmountable task, given we were in an open enrollment period, the busiest time of year for Sylvia and for the insurance companies. Despite the hurdles, Sylvia got the job done. We were impressed at every stage. * Sylvia listened carefully to our needs and presented pertinent options * She was deeply knowledgeable, and answered each question thoroughly * Sylvia and Raj, her very able assistant, had superb follow up and excellent communication. They kept us posted on their progress every step of the way throughout the ordeal. * They went above and beyond. Several times Raj had to wait on hold for over an hour with the insurance company. They had to call the insurance company several times to insist on an earlier start date which will reduce our premiums. We received the attention and service from Sylvia and Raj as though we were their best and only client. We highly recommend Be Well Insurance Solutions.

And if I could give a negative 10 or something I would but I can't so I guess they get that undeserved 1 star Around September 2025, after losing my job and my employer insurance, I went through eHealth.com to get coverage. I specifically asked for the BCBS Omnia Bronze plan because I had it before and knew all of my doctors accepted it. That should have been simple. Instead, I ended up being charged $379.05 by eHealth.com while ALSO being charged $182.87/month by Blue Cross Blue Shield. On top of that, I was still paying copays and getting hit with high medical bills that didn't make sense based on the plan I thought I had. At one point, I was paying close to $700 out of pocket between premiums, copays, and unexpected balances. That is not normal, and it definitely was not what I signed up for. When I finally called Blue Cross Blue Shield on 3/20/2026 to figure out what was going on, we uncovered that I was being charged additional fees and, from what it appears, I may have allegedly been charged amounts possibly tied to the subsidy eHealth.com receives from the government. That's when I realized something was seriously off. I ended up removing the original agent, canceling the Omnia Bronze plan, and switching directly through a Blue Cross Blue Shield agent to a Silver plan so I would only be paying for actual insurance -- not all the extra charges. Even after that, on 4/1/2026, eHealth.com STILL charged me $379.05. When I reached out, they told me I had to fill out a termination form with a wet signature and upload it, and that once it was processed I would get a refund. Since then, they have continued to push responsibility onto Blue Cross Blue Shield, even though my Bronze plan is clearly terminated and I am only enrolled in the Silver plan. I have reached out multiple times and keep getting the same runaround: "once the policy is canceled, Horizon will process the refund." Meanwhile, I have proof of the charges, all communications, and the out-of-pocket medical expenses I should not have had in the first place. At this point, I am still trying to get my $379.05 back and dealing with the financial impact of what I believe was a mishandled enrollment and billing situation. If you are considering using eHealth.com, I would strongly recommend being extremely cautious. Make sure you fully understand what you are being signed up for, what you are being charged, and who is actually handling your policy -- because this experience has been anything but straightforward.

I moved to CA from AZ 11/2025 and a month later I started receiving mail from this company at my CA…read moreaddress for my husband--who DIED 14 years ago and NEVER lived in CA! The mark of an organization doing business "on the cheap" is the use of massively outdated mailing lists and without even confirming if the person had actually ever lived at that address. The older the list, the cheaper it is for the company to buy. When I want to compare Medicare plans of all types, I would never use one these commercial comparison sites because they are paid to steer you to certain companies. I would go directly to the medicare.gov website and use their comparison tool--it is the most objective way to find a plan that works in your circumstances. **Final note, the post office said to circle my husband's name and write deceased above his name and "return to sender" but the snail mail had NO return street and city address (just the name of the company and the county)--yet, another red flag!

I had no say in that decision and was first fine with the change, but after having my first initial call with her husband Harold he gave used car salesman vibes. He was comparing insurance increases to $10 boxes of cereals and the price increases. When I mentioned, I wanted to change to liability only since my car was over 15 years old, he resisted and pushed back and tried to "sell me" on why I should keep it. The car is old and not worth much. He then said we could look at the mileage to see if that's up to date and can be reduced but then gaslighted me into saying "that they have ways of checking" I don't drive very much and during the time I had them as my provider I told him I was working from home so my mileage can be lowered since I barely drive. After 2 more calls with him and I still didn't get good customer service. I had asked to speak to his wife Alexandra, but he said she only sets appointments for clients that purchase other services like life insurance etc. He made it seem my account was "too small" While I had great experience with Nardy (who no longer works there) Harold was not great to work with. Since his wife owns the business, they seem reluctant to help customers unless it's an increase in billing or new services. There was a lot of push back from him to work with me to see what they could do. State farm agents get 10% of each customers monthly billing so it just seemed like he didn't have customer's best interest and his sales tactics were really off putting to me. I never had any issues with any other insurance agent except this one. When I changed agents, he left me a voicemail afterwards. No I don't want to have a call to discuss. So here's my feedback in my review. Please do better for your customers. Customers can sense when you're thinking only about the profits. It shows up in tone, interactions, and "strong negative sales vibes" I would've stayed with them if I didn't have multiple negative phone interactions with her husband Harold. Working with your state farm agent shouldn't be as stressful as my experience.
