She said she'll have the seller's signature by the morning. Lo and behold, she ghosted us for 3 days, and came back on the 4th day saying that another buyer placed an offer, and that we would need to raise our offer if we wanted to get the house!! Basically, she wanted to start a bidding war. We declined to participate in her dirty games and withdrew our offer. Just in case you didn't catch this, she was showing the house AFTER she gave us her word and AFTER she received a written contract from us that was just waiting on the seller's signature. Save yourself the headache and find another realtor. You've been warned.

In fact, at many homes you can't even see your closest neighbors house. Deer and other wild animals such as turkeys, bear, foxes, Eagles, hawks, owls, fishers, minks, otters, herons and many others are all part of our community. There is a large lake full of bass, trout, crappies, and catfish. The lake is the headwaters for the Lehigh River. We have a community pool and clubhouse on recreation island next to the lake. You can put your non gas powered boat in the lake. Electric motors are allowed. The recreation area also has bbq grills, tennis courts, basketball courts, paddleball courts, bocce ball, horseshoe pits and a snack bar. Every summer we have a wildlife presentation by a local rescue. On going fishing tournaments and several kids fishing tournaments. Bingo is played every Friday night at the clubhouse and other events are held throughout the year including an All American Cookout, a Luau, bon fires, ice cream socials, Halloween parties among others. Although hunting is not allowed in the community, state game lands are just outside the rear gate. It's not as crowded as most other state game land areas and you'll find a hidden pond if you explore the area for awhile. Huckleberry picking is available in many areas in Pocono Springs and just outside the rear gate near Route 507. We are less than 30 minutes to five ski areas. Great place to live. Ohhh. and ATVs, dirt bikes, golf carts and UTVs are common forms of transportation in the community if they are registered at the front office. We also have a dirt bike / ATV track.

We had a few small issues when we first moved into our apartment. I reached out to Marzena and she had all of the issues resolved within 3 days! They also do a great job removing snow and ice. The apartment is beautiful (we rent an updated apartment), the complex is fairly quiet and the neighbors are always polite. I also love the location because we have quick access to Route 46. If there's a lot of traffic I can take the beautiful back roads. I'm really enjoying my time at the complex!

We tried to contact her again and again, but she kept either ignoring our calls and txt or saying she was working on it. I finally was able to reach her 2 days later to ask for the status but she started to yell at me that she has a full time job and so on. she was absolutely unprofessional, rude and 3 days later still no water. I asked for refund and she said no way. the property called Casa Milo and the owner's name is Myla. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HER HOUSE. There are much more better places there.

We have a 2nd floor apartment in the very back of the complex by the woods. Yes, we have bugs that get in during the warmer months, however, being so close to trees/woods that's to be expected. The neighbors in our building and surrounding buildings pretty much keep to themselves; you can hear the kids play outside in the summertime when the windows are open - their giggles filling the apartment wit happiness. There are a few reasons for 4/5 stars instead of 5/5 stars: -office hours during the week are not very flexible for people who work full time day jobs. However, they are open on weekends now. -I'd ideally like to have more kitchen counter space. The kitchen is big enough for a small table to eat in; however we utilize the dining room to eat. I quite enjoy cooking and meal preparations can get tricky sometimes - but I guess that's to be expected in an apartment. -The parking lots need some work. Ours especially have had a bunch of pot holes since we moved in last year; however they just sent around a bulletin that they are planning on repairing the potholes this week, so hopefully that shouldn't be an issue much longer. Overall, it's a great place to live for the price you pay and area to live in. Definitely would recommend.

Management should take these concerns seriously. When the same issue is repeatedly raised by different residents, it may be time to look at the problem within the organization--not simply the people making the complaints. Residents deserve professionalism, courtesy, and respect.
