Went in to trouble shoot my speakers and left with the same results, speakers not working, the answer I got was that I should go back to the person who installed them.? I personally don't think they have experience or knowledge of car systems that have amps and capacitors involved. Took the car to another place and they were able to locate the issue being a channel on the amp that was bad, these guys never bothered to check the amp aside from banging on it to see if that would cause the speakers not to work. read more

He charged me $60.00 just to tell me that it just needed to be "re-booted". If you don't know these guys personally, don't go here. To give you some subtext a friend of mine and I were installing a new head unit in my girlfriend's 2006 Scion xB. We got stuck on a certain issue and so we went to these guys because they were the closest car audio place to us. So when these guys diagnosed the problem which took all of 5 minutes, they literally unplugged one wire and capped off two other wires and then turned around and had the nerve to charge me 50 bucks. I looked at them, smiled, gave them my $50 and walked out never to walk back in. Just be aware that this seems to be a homie hookup type place and I certainly don't look like I'm from the area.
