They cleaned the inside of the toilets like they were brand new (my toilets I thought were stained and I thought it was impossible to clean). They also cleaned to the smallest detail which was very amazing! They cleaned the stove and between every crease and crevice. My favorite part of what they did was the bathtub! They did a wonderful job and it's as if the bathtub is brand new. I love how they charge a flat fee and not by the hour as well. They were reliable and communicated well with me the day prior and the day of. They were quick to respond and very nice. They also take Zelle which was a big plus for me because I had to be out of town during the cleaning. My very first experience there was difficult because it was a language barrier between me and the attendant, and he treated me as if I was a vagrant instead of paying Customer because I have to use the restroom pretty badly and I didn't want to bring all my stuff in before and risk an accident.. and while I understand, no one has to be kind at work. It does help to have compassion for people. Piper was super helpful without being overbearing and was able to keep not all the peace and calm but an upbeat and very neighborhood friendly atmosphere.. I felt 100 times safer that I had my other visit because not only was security present but engaging and downright sweet!!! I hope you guys keep Piper around for a long time

It's always nice to see Jose the driver when he arrives at my preferred pickup and delivery times. John the owner is fast to respond on Yelp messages to any inquiries you may have. He really does care for his customers. I'm always amazed to see my clothes, etc. arrive so nicely folded and packaged. It's such a time saver and so convenient. He changed some LED can lights for us into pendant lights and had to actually move one of the holes. He installed string lights outdoors and did some minor electrical work for that as well. We needed that done within a few days notice and he came through. He is kind, polite, communicative, fair in pricing, and conscientious. We really appreciate his help in making our first home more comfortable and giving us the security that we have someone we can trust to call if we have an issue.

This Laundromat should be a historic icon by now. It's been here for a very long time. I've passed…read moreby this to and from school way back (not gonna date myself prehistoric on my review). I finally got the chance to utilize this facility. The credit card option is very convenient! The space is very clean and there's always an attendant on site. All the machines are maintained well and there's always ratio of out of service machines vs the working ones are minuscule. They have 2-load machines, 3-load machines, larger ones for linens and sheets, and the jumbo one if you're the type who prefers to stuff all their laundry together to save time! There are plenty of dryer machines you won't need to wait long to get one. The quarter machines are still in effect and who doesn't like the nostalgia? The only feedback I have is that (1) Tap option on the machines do not work at all. I prefer to use my Apple Watch to pay but since it only takes card swipes, I opt for the quarters instead. (2) some of the machines need a clean out as they're starting to smell like mildew. I have to increase my laundry booster to make sure my clothes won't smell like mildew when it's done. Hopefully that's in the works. Otherwise, it's a laundry facility i highly recommend!

I go back to be greeted by her Son, stating her mother's sick business is closed today. Sorry your mother is sick I wish her best recovery and health. But this is a business, you need staff to handle dry cleaners. If the owner gets the flu, you can't shut down Production. The following week (14 days later) I go to pick it up, she brings out 3 items. I'm like lady I could have sworn I brought more. (My fault for not writing exactly how many items I brought in) She's says this is it. That's all you brought. Annoyed I walk behind the Counter and start picking my shirts off the rack. This is mine...... this is mine...... All random locations, and they were not even washed!!!!! She offered to redo them. But after my overall experience, I just wanted my clothes and to leave. So now I have to go home double check I didn't forget anything. Then take them all to another dry cleaners. The lady even had the nerve to charge me too. I didn't want to be rude. I said ok I'll pay $22 for my dirty clothes" NEVER GOING BACK
