Poor quality - Laptop broke again in 3 months I got my laptop fixed here and when I brought it home I realized that it still had a small visible crack in the LCD screen. It was minor so I thought nothing of it. 3 months later, I lightly grabbed my screen to bring my laptop closer to me and it cracked. It was not dropped or hit, the screen completely cracked and went black with the smallest amount pressure. The amount of pressure that would not have made a quality screen break. I definitely would recommend Laptop Repair Center. I was having issues with my trackpad on my MacBook 13" laptop. It would not "click" so it lost its haptic touch. When I would use the trackpad I couldn't click and drag on items. I took it to the Apple Store, and the cost to replace it made me decide to use a mouse instead. Ok so the storefront is not much to look at and some may be a little apprehensive when coming here at first but we talked to the owner at the doorway (socially distant) and I felt like he knew what was going on through his complimentary evaluation. I paid this guy $500 to repair Mac screen and my battery. I was told I had a warranty & if I had any problems I could return. A few months later the battery is giving me problems. My laptop is running super slow and not taking a charge. I called him today and he told me to come in to check it. When I arrived, he rushed me out saying he had to go pick up his daughter. I mentioned he should've told me that on the phone when I called instead of having me drive an hour to get here just for him to rush me off to leave. He also said nothing was wrong with my laptop before even going in and checking it. Now I'm left with a laptop that isn't working and I work remotely. I'm extremely pissed and will not recommend this place. I really hate when people have bad customer service after getting paid. It's very unprofessional. Went here to get my laptop fix but I need to get estimate first. I dropped off my two laptop and they said they will call me the next day around 1pm. They also told me how much approximately: for broken screen and to make the server faster it will cost me $80-100 each laptop. I was waiting for a call all day. The next day I called them to follow up and the guy he will call me after 5pm and I waited. Still I didn't receive a call. I'm only asking for estimate it's been 2days I still haven't got an estimate. Third day I called again and mo one answer. Later in the afternoon I got a call they finally gave me estimate. For broken screen it's $120 and to make the sever faster it's $150, that's too much. I decide to go to different repair shop. After the experience making me wait just to get estimate I kinda had a sketchy feeling. read more

But Stores were the way to go. I visited stores in Tarzana and Northridge and I'm glad i came here last. Smallest store, but biggest selection! Loving the power and extra software that came with my MacBook Pro Retina. There was an obstacle with them not having a brand new charger for the laptop, but they gave me a Used one for the time being the day of and mailed me a brand new one within 2days.l, no charge.
